I AM A DWARF AND I'M DIGGING A HOLE
That fact the dude's name sounds like "Shakira" is funny as hell tho.
"one day men become less privileged than women"
Ah, ok. This sums up all the fear (seeing as the hate is less transparent online).
But, one may have a pseudo-political red-herring that they like to invoke during discussions of (what they call equality) . . . so yeah . . . But, if you must have an answer to those questions, here's the breathe of my argument in this whole matter:
Excelsior! :b
Woof. High rolling in quite a few platforms already I see (and full of variety ;)
The thing is, I have hardly ever considered seriously investing anything into gaming. I own a VITA and play console/PC games by visiting friends homes.
My student life and other expenses are of a bigger financial importance. To those who it isn't; that's cool too. But not me, so I need to penny pinch like hell.
Feminist supporter just passing by. ;)
I suggest buying a powerline adapter and hooking up the console to the router that way.
Video gaming.
That meme of vita=sinking ship is soo old it's still got vita phat in it. smh
I still got my Vita phat and it's about 3 years old now, still going stronk. :P Here's to 3 more years of proving the anti-VITA thugs wrong! /raises-handheld
If google, facebook, et al. stand to profit from data-mining and selling personal info to the highest bigger, they will do "it". Doesn't matter what "it" is.
Hope this comes to PS VITA (as a native game, not just as a PSP emulated game).
iirc, this isn't news and the actual app (for PS4 remote-play) isn't yet on the Playstation App. This will be on a future update to the app.
Not just that, but the location of the nearest server farm could also have an effect on latency.
So if he lives far from the PSNOW "cloud", then he would perceive some more lag, etc etc etc.
There's a lot of tech to reduce latency, and I'm not sure if that's in PSNOW but there seems to be (judging from good reception in the BETA).
Fabulousssssssssssss! :P
Man, that Simple and clean song is stuck in my head. Sorry, I know it probably has nothing to do with this but I just had to say that. :P
@joeorc:
Not sure what your wrote, but I think I will try and reply...
There's some framework that went on that replaced the little PSN Store symbol in the old PSP ofw (via cfw hack) and provided a homebrew storefront instead.
They didn't monitize anything obviously because the goal is to be open and have their content share and (in some cases) have code taken apart and/or add servers, levels, textures, etc. to their software.
...
VITA cards. For some space for game saves, that standalone SKU comes with 1GB internal memory.
Other than that, you are kinda screwed with buying a proprietary memory format (hoping for price drops on certain occasions).
I take it that means PSNOW wont be available for people in the US at launch.
Sony did mention VITA/PSTV having an open beta later in the year. Not sure if that coincides with the October launch date.
Video games don't brainwash, silly. :P
That's just a term used [incorrectly] by conservative parents to describe what happens to their kids if they play any game with violence. lol
Good!
I like my VITA; I've never payed attention to commercials and stuff, but if people really thought they were mislead [by Sony's sales team] then Sony needs to face justice.
And Sony are being forward facing about things, I'll give them that.
