Nah. Touching strangers in real life could get you sued.
The fact he still refereed to it as the NGP (in the title) shows that the PSP successor does kind of need a name but, it will all get figured out.
Just don't cut the effing RAM and leave all the specs top notch Sony!
No. The article described the NGP as being a system that costs less than PS3, which makes sense as the # of flops in the PS3's cell cpu and RSX gpu are very high compared to the NGP.

In fact, what it more than likely means is that Sony will not go out and get smaller nm chip sizes so, those looking to buy an NGP SLIM (or some other model) might ...
Nice stat!
vita by itself? I don't know. I love Lucy had something along those lines, though.
Vita-meata-vegamin!
Ahh. More PSP2 rumors.
Anyone else remember those good ol' days?
This song should be playing every time there is NGP news.
Porting was not an issue as much as piracy.
Also, there are not any indications leading to PS3 ports. In fact, Sony seem to lead the charge in not having any ports in their first party line up by having an all new Uncharted created by Sony bend and other IP's created by unique studios and/or under new directives.
I had a PSP at launch and piracy played a bigger role in affecting it than anything. Many of my friends had PSP units, more so than the DS. Not ...
The remaster program is very interesting. The hardware and software has always been there with the PS3 and PSP so, it is pretty interesting Sony announce something like it now.
Although, those that wish to have hard copies of PSP titles will now be able to do so in a way with PS3 discs. That kind of retail presence should add to the PSP legacy of great titles when UMD's are phased out and only DD PSP games remain.
Next up, maybe a Final Fantasy series on ...
I guess that one person who disagreed thinks of me as a sad individual.
Oh well, the fact is that the NGP/PSP2 is liked by more people than those that hate it in this case. That is a fact.
: D
In response to the title.
I am a fanatic of the NGP (aka PSP2)! I have not forgotten about the device for more than a day since it was announced.
Call it sad. I call it DETERMINATION!
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 1-3 would be a nice series for the PS3.
This idea probably will only cover blockbuster PSP hits. Next up could be Peace Walker.
Hand 2 Hand combat = Big Teddy Bear
Top down shooter = Many small teddy bears/hyper-fast mode teddy bear
:P
Whoa, so the dock has two of its own cameras and it has mechanics to move around and track the PS move? Quite intelligent, Sony.
For those who are not seeing the plans falling in place, yet. Here is a little illustration of the possible gaming implications:
-You have a PS Move, 3D glasses, NGP, PS3, an HDTV and, the dock (in front of the TV).
--You insert a game CD into the PS3 disc tray
--Boot up the NGP and place it on the ...
Sully!
Ya' magnificent bastard!
*Puts Cuban cigar out*
=D
It would probably be a bit wise to have a Mass Effect spin-off for the NGP namely b/c, Mass Effect 1 and 2 never was never on the PSP. Some of the PSP/NGP audience maybe left out story wise and that could be a turn off in terms of buying ME3, straight out.
Although, a good Mass Effect game that is made just right for the NGP would be awesome. Whether it is ME 1, 2, 3 or whatever spin off.
I get the feeling it will be a Sony built browser with some Google chrome webkit parts.
This way both the NGP and PS3 can have these webkits and have acess to HTML5 and all the cool chrom widgets and other stuff that works on Google chrome.
I never really noticed the sfx in the UI demo. They are like dolby surround sound.
Did anyone else notice that the UI background images changes when the user scrolled up and down?
Here come the XXX rated NGP background "pin-up" picks. :p
Also, the rumor about US first launch is not going to be overstated however, there are multiple game engines and devtools for the NGP which would make game creating a snap.
Combined with the fact that some titles use game engines that the NGP will be compatible with (such as Unreal Engine 3) and that portable development cycles are shorter; the NGP could have its share of third party titles around launch (sometime late 2011).
Still, game creators should not ...
Also, the guy interviewed mentioned June 1st?
That is just hours from this moment. lol
Well, let's see what is in store for Trinigy and whether Epic (and other middleware software makers) have an open house of sorts as well.
