Seems more offensive to launch a console without games that speak to Japanese gamers tastes. Opposed to launching in Feb 2014 with stuff from Capcom, Suda51, and more.
This is the last week to tweet @giocorsi and Sony's third party production team on twitter about games you'd like to see on playstation platforms.
If SEGA/ATLUS gets a lot of requests, than the guys at Sony would know you're all serious about wanting to see future content of theirs come west.

edit: This could be good for VITA owners. Phantasy Star Nova is a VITA exclusive and Persona is just as big and IP, so at least it looks like a port of Persona 5 might be coming to VITA.

What matters is cognitive human response time (in relation to latency). Aka "Lag". Last time I checked, remote-play on a hacked PS3 to a portable VITA all played quite lag-less.
Now, imagine a PS4 to VITA TV where:
+the wireless communicator in PS4 is improves greatly (via wifi b/g/n.)
Imagine if....
+there is also direct network link between VITA TV and PS4 (via ethernet). Meaning no latency related to wireless ...

The exclusives on VITA I think will set it apart. There's already tonnes of indie stuff only on PS3 and VITA and games like Soul Sacrifice and Japanese games that aren't announced or being made for PS4.
The VITA is actually the most nimlbe of Sony's hardware in terms of getting some crazy variety of software and lots of it too. Something tells me you will like it if/when you decide to get one. ;)

Not current level PS3 games mind you but it looks damn decent and I don't have a problem playing that type of graphical fidelity game while relaxing infront of my TV.
The new slim model is cheaper than the cheap price cut OLED VITA.

To expound on that point, the new VITA will retail for $180 (JPY equivalent, about 20 bucks less than OG Vita) and come in multiple colors and with more special editions VITA ever had before. Talk about one HELLUVA a bump to VITA's merchandising appeal!
Not to mention people complained that if they wanted to play just one game, they couldn't without forking money over for proprietary card, well VITA slim has built in memory for people that just want to pick up a phys...
Remote play will work between VITA and PS4 on day one though. Sony already said so.
Honestly, Sony just wants an event and stage to talk about this in the west. They better not take their sweet time though bc I want it now. =_=
Saying something has a "race" mean there is an anthropological and biological distinction among the genus of humans. (Human being evolved from different circumstances in differen't ecosystems.) "Race" is simply a scientific term.

If PSO2 hadn't been such a massive success on VITA, than NOVA might not have never happened.
All that attraction PSO2 got on VITA made it so SEGA could hire Tri-ace to do this.
Hopefully NOVA get's online added later via patch (like RO).
I'm really looking forward to PSONOVA ^^
Buy a VITA TV.
If I don't have one by launch (money issues) than I'll 100% have one by march. ^_^
