This is an Internal decoder. The old ps3 had to bitstream it out to a capable receiver. Doesn't really matter which does the decoding. But first device In the world? Idk about that because whats new is not real clear, maybe being able to decode dts hd from a stream.
When I played this it seemed built for children, which in my case is good. Very easy to place full exhibits but not a lot of building minor pieces of the exhibit. Day one purchase anyway for us!

Should have seen this dude in gs the other day...he was paying off BOTH his systems, had no idea about any games other than one specific sports title, even then he was asking about other sports games coming out. Dudes getting a ps4 and NEVER EVEN HEARD of Killzone! I wasnt around long enough to see what he was picking up for the xbox. Ahhhh, I remember simpler times for me too.
