i haven't gotten my code yet. :(
does anyone know if you'll be able to bring 360 saves from part 2 into the PC version of part 3 and play your character?
so can i add this extra month on to my paid subscription?
if this is true, then i can live with 2013. but there are so many games i haven't played on PC, PS3, 360 and Wii that i'd be fine waiting until 2014 for new consoles.
i'll be picking this up.
i'd really love to see a full Half-Life 3, but i think they need to finish the Half-Life 2 episodes first.
i respect where you're coming from, and it's great that you've had a smooth playing experience and enjoyed the game.
i've just seen enough people talking their own bad experiences with the game's problems, as well as my girlfriend having the problem with her PS3 copy, that i don't feel like the PS3 version deserves the widespread recognition. maybe on a person level, sure, for people like you who have been able to enjoy their experience. but overall, ...
i'm so glad Skyrim isn't nominated for "Best PS3 Game" after what's happened to a lot of people. it shouldn't be nominated for "Best RPG" on the PS3 either. maybe on the 360 or PC, but definitely not on the PS3.
hell yes.
the only thing i noticed wrong was that when i went to my favorites, it said some videos may have been removed due to copyright stuff, or something to that effect. i wanted to listen to a song from the Bleach OST, but it had been removed on the Xbox app, even though it still works perfectly fine on youtube on my PC (just checked). other than that minor annoying, the app is awesome.
i put about 134 hours into Skyrim, and i haven't played it for about a week now. because the sense of amazement has slowly worn off (it actually started to wear off about 75 hours in), i can honestly say that a lot of this game is based on illusion (no pun intended).
1. you're given the illusion that you're fighting epic dragons and overcoming insurmountable odds, but they're easy and get boring after the first five or so. and i played my second character on M...
even if you made every possible upgrade to every aspect of FF13, that still wouldn't make 13-2 a perfect game. i have the FF13 platinum and i actually consider it money well spent, but it wasn't really a great game. it was ok.
the more time passes and i look at them in retrospect, the more i feel Dark Souls might just be better than Skyrim. it really is a unique and challenging experience.
i played it religiously for about seven straight months, then i canceled my sub and haven't looked back. lol.
i clicked for the cosplay.
@caboose
oh, really? i don't own a gaming PC? lol. i have a custom built one that cost me around $1700 with twin HD 6800 graphics cards, so don't try to pull that with me, my friend. you'll only embarrass yourself.
@awi5952
i've got Dead Space 2, Crysis, the Witcher 2, etc, so i've seen what great games look like.
it's not ONLY about textures, lighting, etc, it's about art style too. Muramasa: The ...
the funny thing is that if you included Uncharted 3 on their list, you could just call it "the best looking games of 2011."
as opposed to parents who....don't have kids?
i'll take a bigger 1080p TV for the same price without the useless 3D, plus a remote that comes with it.
no thanks on this one, Sony.
i have to agree with the part about multiplayer. i hate how so many games have forced or tacked-on MP aspects nowadays, when a single player campaign would have been more than enough.
if nothing else, Bethesda has shown us the value of single player.
