Wow. You know, if this were a SONY game, you know it would critics would be raping it because of glitches like this. It's an M$ game so it's just a minor nuisance that is drowned out by epic gameplay and unparalleled story-telling that demands to receive 9's and 10's. Before this game came out, it was tweaked because it failed the Epileptic Seizure test. Imagine if this came wasn't tweaked down. Wipeout HD is INSANE! The color is unreal. My T.V. goes to 1080i so I'm looking into getting a a 1080p. I'm just curious to see it in 1080p. I'll probably spaz like a 7 year old Japanese kid. Sony is just trying to move out the 40GB to make room for the 80GB and 160GB. It is a very good move by Sony just like M$ did with the 20GB. The sales will shoot up for a bit. A good time to do it also with the holiday season. People will be all over this. It would be in Sony's best interest to drop the price on the other systems but unlikely. They've been pretty adamant on not dropping prices in the near future. None the less, PS3 is gonna have a awesome holiday season.
This is what I've been saying for the longest time. Sony never really promotes their games well. I'm guessing their motto when it comes to promoting games is "actions speak louder than words". No matter what PS3 game comes out short of the caliber of MGS4, Gamespot will always give it a bad score. Gamespot hates Sony and the PS3 and massages the genitalia of M$ and the 360. In the end, these reviews don't matter. If you guys like the game, then it's a good game.
Wow. It is just to awesome to see how many games are going to have Trophy support. I'm gonna O.D. on Trophies! Hopefully they'll play an important role in Home.
