Pretty awesome. What was that robot doing? Also, on the horizon, that's Vegas? It looks bright and untouched by the ravages of nuclear devastation. Should be an interesting tale. I'm looking forward to playing the slots, hitting jackpot, and being buried in bottle caps lol
I second that. I bought the first Mafia on the Xbox years ago. The story was awesome. I would go as far as to say the story was movie worthy but the gameplay was just bad. It reminded me of the first Driver. Mafia 2 is going to be a huge leap from the first that's why I know this game is going to be awesome. I know the story will be great. As long as the gameplay is on point, you got yourself a AAA title. Looking forward to it.
That's actually a pretty good idea. At least HD-DVDs won't really go to waste. How much room is on a HD-DVD anyway?
Yeah I guess but it's not to late for them to create there own "blu-ray disk". How does a company that makes all this money not research into something like this. That's just crazy. Sony did it and look what happened. They blew HD-DVDs out of the water and have now become the new standard in HD movies. Plus, they allow for uncompressed, awesome looking games. I really don't get it. Technology when it come to games will only go up and file sizes will get bigger. They're gonna have to...
M$ doesn't need to adopt BR. They could just take the time to create a disk format of their own that will hold as much space as or more than BR. I'm guessing M$ doesn't want to put in the time money (especially the money) in to doing this so gamers will just have to deal with multi disk games for the 360. It's just sad that, in this day of age where the technology is there to create mass storage on 1 disk, M$ won't explore it. Oh well.
Your looking at it the wrong way. Your supposed to interact with the story and help it unfold. You can manipulate how the story goes and how it ends with many different possibilities. Your just used to playing hack and slash games and arcade FPSs'. You find comfort in staying within that realm of gaming that you can't appreciate something different (which is why I'm guessing you've never play games like Indigo Prophecy, Syberia, or Dreamfall: The Longest Journey). That's sad but I'm not going...
So since I bought the PAL version of the collector's edition but I live in US, will the DLC voucher that comes with the game work even though I live in the US?
That's cool and all but I would go with KZ2. That game is a graphical monster.
Did anyone notice the little sister harvesting from the first corpses ass and the 2nd one's crotch? Thought that was kinda funny.
Thanks guys
Off-topic: Hey. Can someone tell me if PAL PS3 games are playable on US PS3's? I preordered HR from a British site and I don't want to end up paying for a game I can't play. Thanks.
500GB in my system. Barely a dent. Can't wait.
I'm sure that, when Alan Wake and Halo: Reach come out and this site gives them 10's, you won't care whether this site is "reputable" or not. You'll still call it a win.
Nice try though.
Listen, all I care about is the ending to this story. You don't write a great story and finish writing it in the middle. I don't care what console it goes to. I don't care how much it will sell. I just want to FINISH THE STORY!
This game is gonna be awesome. It looks phenomenal. It's good that the euphoria engine is being used. It brings better realism to movement and not silly rag doll physics. Day 1 buy. can't wait.
He's waiting for the GoW games to come out on the 360. Hold your breathe on that one.
That's because the game your talking about is a PS3 exclusive so it's not allowed. When it's a 360 exclusive it's totally fine. /sar
I understand where their coming from but you have to accept that, if your at a convention type event with mostly guys and your a half naked hot chick, your going to get stared at/hit on by them no matter if your intentions are just to lure them to your assigned booth. That's just guys in general. This chick mentions she was asked by a guy if she came with the car. I'm sure he knew she didn't really come with the car but that was a lame attempt on hitting on her. Taking that seriously is just ...
I would try the demo if there aren't any spoilers to watch out for. I've already stopped watching new trailers on this game because I don't want to go through the game going "Oh, I remember this part" and " I know what to do/not to do in this part." I think they should create a demo that is sorta outside of the main story like the FBI agent in his days before the origami killer working on a different case or the same with the detective. I've already preordered this game so...
Does it matter?
