I get more and more excited for this game every time I hear more news on it.
Bioware is trying to bridge the gap of action and RPG in two series now, and after Mass Effect 2, I believe they can bring more action to the rpg without skimping on what makes DA:O such a great game.
if diablo 3 comes out with all those fall titles, I may try to injure myself at work
i find it funny people are tired of the 4th halo game and not the 8th COD game. Not to mention theres the medal of honors of the world trying to duplicate (yes i know it was first).
That being said, its sad people are so into COD when Battlefield is far superior in the gameplay department.
I hope that maybe Dice incorporates some of the replay value of COD BLOPS into its next multiplayer, therefore I can just stick with one game.
I say block it for the sole purpose of not giving firepower to the ignorant anti-video game lobbyists looking for a reason to put more restrictions on good games.
The video game industry has enough trouble as it is considering that movies and tv can do whatever they want, but video games gets crucified for it.
Just look at S*&#storm that Mass Effect started.
funniest comment ive read in awhile bubbles for you sir
I would rather have ME3 on PS3 (mostly due to 1 Blu ray instead of 2 or 3 dvds). Will buy ME2 on PS3 in hopes that not too much is lost from ME1 (with comics and all).
Need an excuse to play a few more times anyways.
I love ME2, I have over 5 playthroughs 4 being on insanity. I will also be getting this for PS3 so I can maybe change some ME1 decisions that I never made with ME1 to see how it works with ME2.
(PS3 new comers play this on high difficulties as it has more RPG elements. On normal it can be played like most shooters, high difficulties forces you to use combinations of abilities and change team layout depending on what enemies and protection they have. A much richer experience. ...
@cgoodno
Your absolutely right, but there are a lot of younger or ignorant people who still didn't give Bioware their due since ME2 was not on their PS3.
@No way
Just because ignorant fanboys are the loudest and post the most does not mean they are the majority of opinion. I did see a lot of PS3 fans putting down ME2, but that was probly because they wanted it and couldnt get it.
Its a trailer, at least wait until you see actual gameplay. It is way too early to judge.
Without gameplay footage you all have nothing.
Bubbles for Krisq
I was expecting 200 comments on here saying "PS3 has better 2011 lineup than 360? no S#$%"
how does these twitter posts confirm anything but guys drinking together?
my thoughts exactly well put. I wish more people can have unbiased opinion on these boards. I also wish for world peace, but thats just as likely
For the first half of this console generation, the xbox was the leader in the games department. Now it has turned to PS3. PS3 fanboys are just excited that its the other way around now.
I for one wish both systems would do it simultaneously because I have both.
Will still buy most multiplat xbox because for some reason it tends to run better on 360. but will be buying a ton more ps3 titles next year. Even picked up black ops ps3 because freinds have it on p...
I have both systems, I root for games and not systems.
Do not say extreme casuals only like Uncharted right after you say that ANY KINECT TITLES ARE AAA or any of the other filler games you put into your list. give me a break you sound like xbox fanboy big time.
Xbox is my main console so don't even try to say I am biased, all multiplat are 360 for me because I prefer controller and they tend to run smoother. Uncharted 1 and 2 are fantastic games, that is...
I would agree with bioshock 2 if the original developer actually made it.
Its already on two dvds, i bet they didnt use half the space needed on 2nd disc, so they could use data on that, or just release an MP disc like halo odst.
PS3s blue ray will obviously have no problems, if only the first game came out on ps3 i would switch to that system for me3, i hate swapping discs
I am going to trust Bioware on this, they have done nothing but release greatness. not sure about their multi expertise however.
This is something that most games are turning towards because multi player games sell so much better. Bioware has done such a great job adding replay value, however multiplayer games get all the sales.
Blame COD for this trend because the industry sees incredible sales despite releasing an unpolished glitchy game.
unless they expand and hire a different team to build the multi for them. I think thats what naughty dog did, thats why the single player did not suffer.
More importantly than uncharted 2 multi being good, was that the single player not only did not suffer, it far surpassed its predecessor
Well they have to do something with all those red ring 360s
