Spoilerific!! :)
he's the first person that popped into my head too.
He's not unbeatable, but he's certainly a hard out
The guy's legendary in fighting circles, and it's getting to the point that even non-fighting game nuts may have heard of his skills.
some of the top guys are also recruited into the game company for game design
And who's to say that if they don't want to pursue gaming / game design for the rest of their lives - that they wont take their winnings and maybe go to college, or start a business, or whatever else?
Please stop hating
Those are three genre redefining games that really show off what the PS2 and PSP can do. And the scale of total "EPIC-NESS" is second to none.
I'm talking MGS3 & 4 levels of epic here, but more well known
- Ultimate Bad-ass, selfish, sacrifice-victims-to-get-what- he-wants, EVIL main character
- Intense, OMG-I-seriously-just-impaled-a -minator-with-his-own-club Action
- Ultra, Insane, Kratos-you-may-have-gone-too-f ar-this-time...
Agreed
And Breakfast... It's a shame he doesn't post as much anymore. But when he did it was hilarious... posing and an extreme PS3 fanboy one moment and a deluded 360 fanboy the next...
It was funny watching all of the disagrees and angry replies pile up :)
Everyone takes their "anti-fanboyism" so seriously these days... bah
I actually think it's pretty funny. :)
Kind of reminds me of DarkSniper's old posts...
*sigh*
Where have all of N4G's great personalities gone :(
That's why I rate it last in the series
Reviewers dropped their panties for this game like it was roofies...
I don't think any sane gamer would say that GTAIV sucked, but damn near perfect 10's across the board is bull-caca
F' That!
The strong ones stay silent and finish the damn match first...
EDIT:
And don't drop your muthaf**kin' phone! :)
and "Ancient Dark Magiks"
How else would they be able to make graphics rivaling Hollywood's finest movie studios?
They have a track record of leaving out high scores from reputable sources and adding low scores from questionable sources...
Hence the notorious "67" from Onion AV Club for Uncharted... That's just off the top of my head.
Metacritic also manufacters numerical scores for reviews that never gave a score in the first place (WTF?), by getting the "feel" of the review and placing a score to it. hmmm...
But Metacritic also claims to cont...
They've been bashed and bullied for far too long by the Cobra-Kai media and M$, and are FINALLY fighting back?!
Bring out the attitude of those old Crash commercials, Damn it! ;P
On a serious note though... Sony really does need to start touting the value of PS3. If they won't/can't advertise their biggest games, then atleast build up the "Sony" name and all that comes with it.
I still have my PSone FFVII disks, so I'm all for a remake. It's coming... just watch the end sequence of Crisis Core.
And the remake that I REALLY want is FFVIII with updated graphics and no "Draw" system.
No remake of FFVI though... FFVI is just perfect in every way. Even though I'd be lying if I tell you all that I wasn't excited with that 3D FFVI N64/Ultra demo :)
I have to say that RE5's control "issues" are being blown way out of proportion.
After playing the game, the only change I would make is add the ability to move/strafe while shoot.
But then again... if Capcom allowed that in RE5 without ramping up the enemy speed and AI, then anyone will be able to blow through that game blind-folded on Veteran.
The enemy AI and speed is at the sufficient level with the controls that you are provided with right...
whelp, there goes my lunch... :(
disturbing
The PS3 save data for RE5 can't be copied! This is the first time I couldn't copy a save file to a SD card.
I recently got SFII HD, so I double-checked with that and got the same results... the save file cannot be copied.
WTF?
Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions again, but that's two games with saves files that can't be copied - CAPCOM games...
So it may be that Capcom will not allow this feature?
EDIT:
DMC4 can be c...
I don't know about the 360, but PS3 users should use those memory slots with a sd card or memory stick to back up their game saves once in a while... just in case crap like this goes down
"Who buys a console for its movie playing abilities? Nobody really beyond Sony fans who feel they have to have it because Sony said they needed it and they can think for themselves."
I'm sure glad Sony twisted my arm and made me buy a blu-ray player with my console. X-Men 2 on blu-ray looks and sounds frackin' sweet!
When you lose your fanboy googles, maybe you'll be able to see that hi-def, uncompressed video & audio goodness for yourself someday. :)...
