i'm thinking it's gonna get updated with the dashboard revision, actually
i compared both last night via HDMI and the points in this article are spot on. it was extremely hard to tell the differences though tbh (other than lighting and the light sabers). i'm picking it up on PS3 though because it felt better with that controller and someone at work is gonna buy it off of me when i'm done =)
yep, those that got in early with the $20 credit are now essentially getting this for only $35 wow.
Castlevania, Mafia 2, NFS:Shift, and RDR are all awesome.
so far enjoying my newly, and first, built i7-950 system with 2 GTX 460's in SLI =)
zomgawd EPIC! can't wait to play this next tuesday! finishing an exam that day and then popping this bad boy in
can't pre-order 'till it's on steam
yeah didn't pick up the first but i'm jumping on board this time. <3 BioWare
heck yeah! =)
screw all the comparisons. i'm gonna boot both demos at home on HDMI and compare them with my own eyes.
lololol wowwww that's a lot of friends!
wow wish i had waited just a little longer for castlevania. so let me get this straight, basically you can buy Vanquish and one of the other games and walk out with both and only pay ~$70!? or is it just $30 off if you get both?
edit: actually, i think it would be ~$90 because i'm sure you have to buy them on the same order which means you wouldn't be able to use that $20 dollar credit and would have to go back to kmart to use it. so, as someone who buys almost al...
i love my 460's. nice to see ATI staying competitive
well currently Obsidian and BioWare are both pretty busy working on projects. i hope BioWare develop KOTOR3 though. they are king at western RPGs imo
play it on hard and your force powers recharge at a very slow rate and use more with each power.
i'd give it a 4/5 and def see it scoring that when reviews start to roll in. i played the demo quite a few times which is rare for me. they cleaned up the controls and things work like they should now. also doesn't hurt that the combat is very satisfying and graphics look decent.
first one sucked mostly because of controls, but the second one is awesome.
iunno they're pretty close.
1st image - 360
2nd image - PS3
3rd image - PS3
4th image - really hard to tell because of motion but prob PS3
5th image - 360
6th image - 360
7th image - PS3
8th image - 360
9th image - 360
10th image - tie?
so yeah
edit: overall, i think the PS3 is slightly blurry but they really are very very close. already pre-ordered for my 360 so guess i'll stick ...
iunno about it being the best SW game yet, but it's a heck of a lot better than the first. they fixed every issue i had with the first. played the demo 3 times and pre-ordered. i was pleasantly surprised to say the least.
not much going on in that vid lol but i saw one earlier that did get me interested. prob gonna pick this up on PC as well.
really, that's it? you must not buy a lot of games. between oct/nov i'm saving $120. so i'm only paying for 5 of the 7 games i'm getting...
include the entire year and those savings easily double, most likely tripple.
