it's an amazing franchise and if you haven't played either, you're seriously missing out

i work with a guy who said the same.
that he would've gotten it but will hold off until the PSN is back up. my point to him, though, was that ranking up in SP transfers across all modes so when he finally gets on my dude is gonna be nuts in comparison lol and i told him i will demand playing it on hard as i do with any co-op game
i agree but sometimes i have to get multiplats on a console because none of my close friends have a high end rig like mine capable of playing games like these.
i will likely check out Brink on PC though just for the heck of it to see some eye candy =D

edit: alright looks guys, i love my PS3, don't get me wrong. but this statement does not look good for us. i hope the above isn't true. i really do. but it's not looking good with them saying that. maybe it means nothing. who knows. maybe we'll see a response article from them later today dismissing speculation of the PS3 version being a little inferior to the 360 counterpart.

while i agree with you to some degree, BF3 will be vastly superior to any military themed FPS out. it's what all us military loving FPS kids have been waiting for, i think.
the previous versions did have the destructible environments, but BF3 will feature even more destructible things.

yeah they drop usually for a week or so, then go back up. MK went back up but i was lucky to get it on amazon when i saw it had dropped. what a great purchase that was and only had to wait, what, one or two weeks? lol
