The thing about video game adaptations is that the studios never get a decent director to helm it.
You can assemble a good cast, like in Max Payne or Tomb Raider, but just like with any other film, if the director isn't up to scratch, then the film is likely to turn out poor or at best mediocre.

I normally don't like DLC.
But if it as anywhere as good as Undead Nightmare or Episodes from Liberty City, then it will be a definite purchase.

Yeah, Black Ops SP was actually pretty decent. I liked the old school weapons & the whole indoctrinated storyline.
COD4 is still hand down the best in the series! MW2 & 3 are cabbage in comparison.
Piracy is part of the industry. Crytek shouldn't be complaining about it & just learn to accept it (like most other companies).
They have made a lot of money from us gamers over the years, and I wouldn't be surprised if their majority shareholders & CEO's are rolling in cash and living the life of Riley. So boo hoo.

Dunno why Sony never brought the series onto the PS2 or PS3, even though the series sold well on both the PS1 & PSP.

Activision bought the Crash franchise rights from Sony, so there is a chance they won't be in it.
However if Sony don't include Sir Daniel Fortesque from their own Medievil series, then I ain't buying.
Losses of more than half a billion dollars are pretty damn substantial for any company, regardless of how big they are.

Whats the point in having all that mobile power under the hood, when iOS & Android devs are incapable of taking advantage of it?
When I see a game of the graphical qualities Uncharted 3 or Gears 3 on a mobile platform; then I'll be impressed.
And if or when they do ever reach that point, the next wave consoles will be have already been released.
Imagine if NASA in the 1960's were a bunch of pessimistic whingers & thought the costs were too high?
