Cool game, I'm glad you 360 guys have an awesome game to enjoy this month, but I'm going back to what I said before:
Awesome game, you'll eat it up like you did Halo 3, but it should be $39.99 because it's a standalone expansion. I expect nothing less from any game series. When you use the same engine, add content but keep the same gameplay, mechanics and overall feel, it should be $29.99 - $39.99. In this case, I say it should be $39.99 because it does add a lot of good content....
Overcook is a pretty strange term to use for what they are trying to convey. Yes, Sony put a bit too much into the PS3, but that doesn't mean that millions of us don't appreciate that. I think they'll do it again next-gen, but be more careful about pricing.
YESSS! I downloaded the Wipeout HD theme yesterday night and loved it. If this new one is dynamic, I'm ALL IN.
It's all a matter of practice. At first, I was REALLY bad at COD4 on PS3 because I wasn't used to using the sticks. After about 2 days I felt I mastered it, and it became second nature. Sure, K&M has some serious benefits but there are benefits to controllers too.
I'm glad this game did so well. It basically shows all developers that you can take something that has been largely unsuccessful, and make it successful by putting a lot of time and effort into development.
This is an outstanding game. Go try it if you haven't already.

I love your posts man. I agree with what you said. 150k is a great sales number and I can't wait to see how well they come back from struggling against adversity.
Sony has done a great job of fighting against adversity in the past few years. After all of the negative press, the PS3 is finally looked at as a must-have multimedia console. Great job Sony, and I can't wait to see how well it does in the upcoming months.
This game looks incredibly innovative. I really love the concept, and it's a shame I don't have a DS...

This completely discredits the article. If it was a valid article, it wouldn't say something like this. Over 500,000 units in 7 days is hardly "modest".
We never stated that this was a price drop. We are simply advertising to consumers that the 160GB PS3 bundle is available for $349.99. For the man or woman who prefers the old PS3 model (as stated in my article), this comes with great value. You'll get 80GB more HD space, Uncharted and PAIN all for only $50 extra.
I would just like to reply to the comments you made.
I am glad you realize this is a great value, but you must understand that the price has come down at the same rate that Sony has had to pay for components. In other words, we both paid a premium for our PS3s, but that's when they were a lot more expensive to manufacture. Now the price has come down as so has the price. We weren't robbed, we just paid a premium to get the product sooner.
There is an ignore function on this site in case you didn't already know. I must say, it's a godsend.
You know there's something wrong when sites keep making articles to justify the full-game price.
If you must-have this game and value it at $60, go get it, there's nothing wrong with that. However, we have a valid argument for stating that the game should be $39.99.
Metal Gear Solid 4 had amazing Boss battles. I am glad it got #1.
Call of Duty series says hi.
Counter-Strike succeeded way more than Halo competitively.
Half-Life 2 was a higher rated game, and also regarded to for having a better story.
