If porting it to the Wii-U is worth it than do it because I don't think it is. The PS4 and XB1 have PC architect and Wii-U doesn't. It'll cost them more money to release it on system with a low install base which they may not make their money back.
Its not an exclusive both FF 15 and KH 3 will release world wide on both XB1 and PS4. As for Wii-U better start praying.
I can see this working for the Wii-U. I think this actually works well for game tablet. You won't have to be restricted to split-screen or a shared screen. Though if it will play well is another question but I trust Platinum games.

A lot of fighting game runs at 60 fps so that much ain't new its pretty much a norm now a days. Graphics, sure it looks prettier but what about it yells next-gen. I look at it and I can say hell they could have made this game for 360 or at least the PS3 and Wii-U hardware. Sure its free to play but it hides behind a paywall so its not technically free.
