I've never played a game so eye opening in my life. It's so beautiful and for us MGS fans that have grown up with the series it's amazing how Kojima made it more accessible for newcomers but was able to maintain the difficulty and complexity we've come to love.
This game reminds me of the first time I played Resident Evil 4 on the GC and how it impressed me. Than when I played Super Mario 64, Ocarina Of Time, Chrono Trigger, Half-Life 2. I mean this game is so amazing and I real...
A lot of the topics he put in were just for filler. Especially the rumble in the controller issue. I guess you wanted Sony to put rumble in the controller and get in more trouble with their lawsuit.
And a lot of these issues no else has them in their systems and Sony could still deliver them. People like to nit pick and suggest that doing all of these things are fairly easy to do.
When he wrote about no other Non-Japanese RPGs on the PS3 as good as Fable he forgot Oblivion which is a WRPG.
And that list isn't that great. Dead Rising seems interesting but not worth $60. Halo is Halo and I have a PC and play better FPS than that. And the PS3 gamer has COD4 which destroys it. Mass Effect is a title that I would like on the PS3 if I couldn't play it on the PC. And Gears is a fun title and since the PC title has all these bugs I'd guess thats the title I'd want...
This game really had a lot of things that made it feel next gen. I was playing it a few months back on my PS3 and could have fooled some people it was a PS3 title just by a lot of the things that games around that time rarely ventured into.
Not going to lie, this game isn't as great as professed but I enjoy it a lot. Dates are boring, pigeons are stupid to collect, missions are repetitive, collision detection can be costly and stupid, the same problems with jumping that plagued the other games occur in this when they should have been eliminated (try getting the pigeon on the roller coaster by climbing), drive bys aren't that great, auto-aim as usual is to easy and cover is like God's shield, the bike's act weird sometimes, lack ...
Haha to the first comment. But yeah it was more entertaining and actually had info worth reading for the most part. I think DMC4 did the same. If you know the install is going to make the game experience better shouldn't developers realize they can do things to make this process a lot easier and fun for the gamer. Put a quick mini game, or something that is fun like a video with the main character doing something.
Wow they allow you to use an Ipod as one of your items. How hot is that!?
Anyways don't care it's not like anyone in my house really wants to play MGO besides me and although it'd be cool if it was free MGO is basically another complete game on it's own right, so you really need to see it both ways. They aren't charging you for two separate titles like some titles will be doing but they also need to have money help run the server and so on.
Yeah I was about to say why they hell isn't this here in the US store. Hopefully with the new firmware update more things will come.
not impressive but I'm amazed that they have Guilty Gear and Tales.
I remember when people talked about Saints Row like it was good. The story sucks, besides online it sucked. And the online sucked as well but was only big because GTA never had it.
The only problem I have with GTA is the side missions suck and are boring. Even collecting pigeons in this one is boring because the reward isn't as good as the previous hidden packages.
Also did Driver come out before GTA 1 or after?
He's right most people who play this soon become obnoxious and think they can play and constantly talk about guitars as if they know anything about the subject. I don't like the game or rock music so I could really care less but he really is speaking the truth about this. Soon Wii Fit will bring about people who think they know what they are talking about when it comes to psychical fitness.
Timeout cheat cc isn't that high. I remember back in like 1999 I was checking the site out for cheats since most sites weren't that good but than gfaqs started demolishing you guys. I just checked out your stuff for GTA which was pretty good but I'm not sure the site is that banging. Anyways I like the new look, far cry from my days with the site.
They didn't include any of the HRAP's which are superior for fighting games and can be played for more games but decided to include the Logitech steering wheel. Although I don't mind the steering wheel, they need to be serious. On top of that the 360 controller really isn't that comfortable. You mix the GC controller and the Dualshock and get that. Similar design, the decision to use 4 shoulder buttons when prior to that they only had two when they were copying Sega's DC controller. They add ...
You know whats sad about people like most you guys on this site and others in the gaming community along with the person who typed this article is that they really make it sound like XBL was the first great online community. I guess because many of you guys weren't PC gamers you are unaware of this, but XBL really isn't that amazing. Regardless of what actually goes on with the people, the structure isn't that impressive and still has many flaws. How is it that you are supposedly the leading ...
Ahhhhh the words and scores of excellence. Got to love it.
I don't understand whats so misleading about the title. It said a 4.2 out of 5.
But wow I can't believe Cheat CC still exist. I remembered that site from a long time a ago but thought they closed down due to a lack of and traffic.
It's funny how I really didn't care at first about In-game XMB or any in game functions and was willing to wait for them to perfect it. Now since I've been out of school and not worrying about finals, I've been on a lot more and a lot of my friends have sent me invites and I've added a lot more friends on top of that. Good to see this stuff added to help us out because you really realize how necessary it is when you can use it the most.
Madden shouldn't have been on there and putting DDR and Virtua Fighter were two mistakes. Tekken 5 was so much better and besides DDR I think a lot of other games could have gone on the list such as Shadow of Colossus and Okami, and MGS2 should have been higher on the list.
No surprise. As a long fan of the series you knew Kojima always delivers or makes a part 2 of the same game and corrects issues :cough: MGS3 Subsistence. Really this is a game that everyone should try and enjoy and from the beta the online seems to be another gem as well.
Sony doesn't do this the same way MS does. I doubt the timed exclusivity for Haze was similar to how MS has paid off for titles. May have to do with devs and other things but things happen. If it does happen just shows how desperate MS is about their future line up and how it compares horribly to Sony's.
