Nothing new here. Another 3rd party effort where the PS4 has an edge. Beating a dead horse already with all these 'Head to Head' comparisons.
Buy the one that has the games you like or get both if your able too.
Most addictive game ever!!! Its like crack for me only in a good way. LOVE this gem and cant wait for the Old Hunters DLC.
It will score well. I am betting 87 to 93 on most sites but thats just my opinion. You can make the best game out there and it will still have its haters. As long as it does well and makes its supporters happy that is all you can ask for. Either way I am sure it will be a monster sales wise.
That was pretty much the case for a while now. The recent price drop just cemented that. As long as MS continue to make great games and support the XB1 it should be just fine. I know I wont enjoy mine any less because the PS4 is selling better. As a gamer that shouldnt affect the games you play. Having both allows you to be more objective as well although it gets pretty expensive too.

Picked up the console bundle for the new hardware revision which by the way kicks ass. Dead silent and DOES NOT heat up like some have been saying, at least mine hasnt - a good revision if you ask me. Bluepoint did a fantastic job imo. The level of detail and how crisp everything looks is insane. All of those pre release videos and screenshots they compared to the PS3 version were bull. Can't keep everyone happy. On one side you have the group of gamers that say 'Give me 1080p or give me death!' on the other side you have the group that says "Frames over Rez anyday!' Pick your own poison and let's all just try to enjoy them for what they are. I say give me frames over rez if it impacts the gameplay more. 1080p is nice to look at but I dont want it marred by a choppy framerate or inconsistent one at that.
Doubt it but different games for different people I guess. Horizon Zero Dawn, to me, is more like a spiritual successor to Enslaved because of the ruined cities and landscape to go along with robots which I loved. I can honestly say both look very interesting and I am sure will attract many gamers whose tastes cater to what these games will serve.
PS4 will win hands down. Go look at the console bundles they have on Amazon and how many are listed way ahead of XB1 bundles. The price drop by Sony was HUGE and will impact sales more than ever for them. Everyone thought they would do it next year when they introduced a new slim model but instead they did it the month Halo 5 drops and beat that date by three weeks to start causing a sales effect. Lets see...Gear UE, Forza 6, Halo 5, ROTTR, Elite controller,cool new U/I, B/C, Windows 10 integration, lots of great 3rd party games, big games for 2016....just to name a few.
I thought it was restricted to physics only applications like the mass destruction demo of the city? This tech is amazing either way and just gives the XB1 an even more exciting future imo.
How will it affect the holiday season? HHHMMMM let em guess....its gonna sell an even MORE crazy amount than its been selling. Hows that logic? MS will be pressured now to lower the XB1 price in order to try and compete and stay ahead to try and narrow that gap in sales. This is going to get interesting.
Game still looks good but REALLY EA??? 720P after 2 years??? The XB1 is capable of so much more and YES it really is. This should have been no less than 900p on the XB1 and the PS4 possibly hitting 1080p by now. Does NOT look blurry at all. A pathetic attempt to garner clicks and get the trolls excited. The game looks very good on both consoles and the texture quality has been confirmed to be the exact same in both. PS4 has the bump in overall rez and its a shame that Dice couldnt get the PS4 to 1080p and the XB1 to no less than 900p after 2 years. Bloodborne dlc and Uncharted collection will keep me busy. Next year UC4 and Ratchet and Clank will take ALL my time. Horizon Zero Dan and the Last Guardian should be EPIC. DYING to see some GT7 footage and also the new God of War...come on Sony.
