I never heard of these idiots. I doubt anyone who wants to actually make money on the stock market uses them. I'm sure they'll be broke years before Sony is.
They can get better on the Xbone over time just like with the PS3. Hopefully they don't hold back on PS4 games though. Push both as much as they can.
I agree. And look at everything Sony did to make them happy. They talked to them and went with 8GB of RAM and GDDR5 at that. So I guess they should have made it 32GB of GDDR5.
The only problem is trying to do everything they want to do and do it at 1080p. The PS4 doesn't seem like its having a problem at that though. They'll find ways to do more in less RAM over time.

It sounds like you'd be better off returning the thing to the store you bought it and get a new one. Why should anyone who just bought a new console be stuck with a used or refurbished console? If that part is true, shame on Microsoft.

Lawsuits aren't the way these things are dealt with. The government has people who investigate this kind of problem. Maybe they should wait and see what they say. Lawyers are so greedy.
I hope they use cash. But why not send anyone who has to deal with this a coupon or something and let them use it when they want to? This is more like Target trying to get more sales at Christmas.
