THANK YOU!!!! And there are a ton of other games that can be added to that list. This b!tching and moaning that is taking place right now is completely unnecessary. Years ago when microsoft started this timed dlc BS they began the slow and steady destruction of fair play in gaming. Again, microsoft's name comes up in a topic about the decline of the video game industry. If these xbox fanatics want to be mad, they need to be mad at microsoft.

This was a bad idea and I mentioned it numerous times here. I'm pretty certain I also said on another forum that they would not have stuck to it. Giving the public access to that would have been a disaster for microsoft. People would have been screwing up and hacking that console like it was nobody's business then they would send it back to microsoft to fix under warranty. Microsoft would have lost tons of money on repairs.

Firstly, what exactly is this "same threshold" you are speaking of and what are you basing that on?
Secondly, how are any of those consoles straightforward standard pc models? Do pc's have a unified architecture? Do they utilize the same development processes for games? Why can I not stick my Killzone Shaddowfall disc into my gaming laptop and use it?
As long as yoshida is still there I don't think they would let anyone else but mark do it. I saw mark's keynote last year. Yoshida has a lot of confidence in him, and rightly so.
