Uncharted Golden Abyss, Unit 13, Tales from Space, and Rayman origins are all great Vita games, and with Resistence, and Gravity Rush coming out soon there really isn't a reason to wait til Christmas.
Just wondering, is it a dynamic theme for the Vita or for the PS3?
If the Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo did this it would kill of Gamestop/EB for good. While at first that sounds like a great idea to me, thinking deeper though could make for some very serious problems.
Walmart and Target would be (other than Best buy) the major game retailers, and their selection in games is not good enough for me. Yeah, you can count on them to have blockbuster AAA games, but lesser know games will never get shelf space. Causing more (smaller) developers to...
"Uncharted sitting at number 7 proves that people still prefer to buy retail"
Not really, I think a lot of that has to do with the download size of Uncharted. No one wants to max out a 4gb card with one game. I know I don't. Still using the 4gb card that came with my first edition bundle, and have Stardust, tales from space, Escape plan, a few AR demos, game save and plenty of space.
Farewell Zipper. Many thanks for the countless hours of fun with socom, MAG, and way to go out on a high note with Unit 13. I'm enjoying the hell of out this game. Just a couple of missions to 5star left and this will be my first Vita platinum.
Sony isn't dumb enough to kill the Playstation brand. Its one of the few areas where Sony as a whole is doing well.
I'm sure the the VPs at Sony are rolling their eyes at this flame bait like the rest of us
Have you tryed Unit 13? Its quite good. Deserved better scores than it received and uses the 2nd stick quite well if you remember playing any 3rd person shooter on the PSP you will know what I mean instantly.
+1 for the laugh
Do everyone else a favor and stop writting BS reviews. At least you know where he stands right off the bat. Both uncharded and unit 13 are solid games. I'm not passing one for the other, I got both.
Its actually better than "decent" its pretty damn good. The controls are tighter than Uncharted G.A. at times its kinda tough, and other times its fun just seeing how many headshots you can pop off in a row. This Game is a solid 7.5 IMO
Yeah I did just that and its the only thing holding be back from the platinum, but I still can't make myself replay it. Haha it was ok, but not good enough to play again when there is better NEW stuff coming out every week.
@LX,
I recall back in Aug. the internet was all abuzz with news that Vita for the US and EU was going to be delayed. I think that plan was going to be a world wide launch day, but for whatever reason (production time on the units I assume, nuc melt down and the like) was scrapped.

@ LX,
I don't think it was a mistake. I said this before, and I still believe that it was more of a plan for them to launch with western gamers in mind. If Sony can get a high attachment rate in the EU & US first, then Japan with their love of handhelds its kind of a given that when the games that suit them come out Japans attachment rate with shoot up.
I think it is/was a well thought out plan on Sonys part.
¡VIVA VITA!
Ummm... They did.
Its pretty much all I use my phone for. I hate talking on the phone. If that were the case I would as happy as a pig in s#!+.
I agree. I'm having a great time with Rayman, and I'm not really a sidescrolling platformer kind of guy... well because I suck at them. But I'm having fun with this one.
True, and when they only polled 1300 people it really raises an eyebrow.
Master, was that a joke poll about 3DS owners? Because it was funny if that's how you meant it to be.
Do you mean as in the number of trophies you have unlocked? Or Vita games don't show up on your PS3 when looking at your trophies?
I agree, high marks to Bend to just step into a loved series like Uncharted and knock it out of the park. I'm just a bit sad because there isn't anything out to one up it yet. Although I just started Rayman orgins and its very good.
I agree. I was kind of let down with Escape Plan, but then again I have given' it a fair chance. I got too caught up with Uncharted and Unit13. Then I got Rayman Orgins, and Tales from space. Both of those were suprise hits for me. So it still sits on the back burner. Maybe this DLC will put some fire back on it.
