That doesn't change the fact that they break way more often than anyone wants to admit. Mine had pretty light use and sits in ON TOP OF a wooden cabinet, in a house that is kept around 78 degrees. I take really good care of all my electronics.
Yep, I bitched til I was blue in the face to get my Ps3 fixed since it just effing quit playing blu ray movies, and it's out of warranty and they wanted 150.00 to fix it, so that's it for me, once it stops playing everything that is the last Sony console I buy, end of story.

I had a very large group of friends over every weekend for game night, and Timesplitters 2 replaced Halo for a good long while, had some truly hilarious moments.
Actually the XBLA games Class 3 and Class 4 are looking really nice.

I can back up your statement on the Ps3's CRAP hardware, staring at my 120 gb slim that no longer plays Blu Ray movies. This was a huge part of my buying the Ps3, and now they want $100 to fix it, what utter bullshit. The exclusives so far have underwhelmed, aside from the Uncharted series.Honestly, to me Uncharted is the only reason to own a Ps3. Plus the PSN is completely worthless trash.
I normally don't care for turned based JRPG's, but it's never stopped me from trying them out once in awhile, you know, to see if my taste has changed.
Happened to my friend playing Halo Reach,we were on Big Team Battle, he had a Wraith tank DEFENDING on CTF, which is what I thought it's purpous was, and people on our own team were irate because he was "kill stealing".
