How about the fact that it is grossly underpowered? It is incapable of the physics, animation, AI, etc that the other consoles are. HD is only part of the picture.
I don't even know why anyone bothers to give games like this SP in the first damned place, most of the people I know just tear it open and jump into MP anyway, and rarely finish any SP campaign. They should just focus on MP, instead of having "tacked on" single player.
If this were a MS product you would have gotten agrees, just saying. I have actually been gushing and saying good things about Sony on N4G, and presto! I get bubbles back! I wholeheartedly agree though, 3D has been a gimmick from the start because Hollywood has been scrambling to get folks back into theaters. There is even a demo at my local Regal theater for a seat that rumbles according to the action on the screen, talk about desperate.

I honestly didn't see any posts that looked like an "anti Sony troll", but the apprehension is understandable given that anything even remotely like this tech in the past has utterly failed. Also, have you had the chance to try it out? I think it's too soon to either bash it or praise it, because until you or I try it we don't know, do we? Or do you just blindly accept that since it's your favorite company, that it's instantly going to be awesome?

I dislike how we always get a lecture on how "graphics arent everything" in the responses for these types of articles. Of course graphics arent everything dum dum, it just happens to be the main focus of the piece that was written. Do you really think that if the gameplay was horrible that people would just keep playing a game because it's "stunning"?
MS doesn't make tvs, why would they be the first to implement it?
Why does everyone think that 1080p is the holy grail of gaming? There are so many things I could list before resolution that would improve gaming in much more impactful ways.
Yep, with all the added game assets next gen we can probably look forward to a very long development cycle, not to mention more expensive games. Sorry to be a debbie downer, but I can see it happening. Not that any of that would stop me from gaming though.

I agree, I believe 343 are made up of true fans of Halo, that being said they won't be as "fatigued" with the franchise as Bungie was obviously becoming.
Now if only Epic, GG, Naughty Dog, or any other AAA developer were handed the Warhammer ip. Not that I didn't like the demo, but just imagine.

Yay, that means tons of DLC for 10-15 a pop. Don't get me wrong, nothing will stop me from buying it, but come on, it seems like it should at least be on 2 discs.
