Don't forget there are many sites/magazines that hand out GOTY awards. So no doubt Gears 3 will win some. I don't think it will win the Spike GOTY though, if thats what everyone is talking about.

@ Septic, the Uncharted series is not a trilogy. Each game stands on it's own, kinda like Indiana Jones movies.
Good point megaton, if Dice stated that all the beta issues weren't in the final release, then why release a buggy beta? There's no reason for it. the only thing it would invite is bad press. Everything points to a rushed game.

This is single player, all the bugs/glitches/poor textures are in mp. They're 2 different sides of the game that get developed independently.
They both sell millions, GT just a lot more. Forza 4 does seem a bit doomed though. Only a week away and really no hype going on and many other AAA games out and coming out. It will be a tough road for Forza 4.

I think it's more contrast than compare buddy. A 1 month old build and you act as if it's a year old build. If the beta is only from a month ago you SHOULD be worried. How much do you expect to change in the retail release? It's going to be bug riddled, especially all the maps that didn't get tested.

You really can't call any team overrated or underrated as there is no NBA so far. I can understand the Heat being rated the best as they have great individual players, but the ratings don't account for heart which the Mavs have more.
