Question is, why would MS approve of this game for Kinect? Kinect is casual and family friendly, Blackwater isn't. Were they thinking this game would be supported by the core audience?

Lol, it would be a little late for activision to be paying for reviews. As for gameplay, MW3 has gameplay in spades. It may not be to your liking, but tens of millions of gamers love it. Graphics, well you show me a console fps that runs at 60fps that looks better. I don't think there is one. I'm not a huge fan of MW3 graphics, but I know its a sacrifice to run @ 60fps. I'll take the 60 fps over a prettier game any day, especially when we're talking about a reaction base...
Sony doesn't give US numbers for the same reason MS doesn't provide EU or Japan numbers. Notice MS will only provide US and UK numbers, but nowhere else. Sony only provides EU and Japan numbers but rarely report UK and US numbers. Its all a PR game.

People think that when they go to a store and buy a game they are contributing to a direct sale for Sony/MS/etc, but they don't realize that copy has already been bought and paid for. The store is just reselling it for profit. If I buy 1000 copies from a distributor to resell on craigslist or ebay, theres no way these numbers can be tracked through npd or vgchartz. Yeah, Bethesda is really bad when it comes to PS3 coding. If you're a multiconsole owner the 360 version would probably be better, their games always seem to run smoother on that platform.
As a PS3 only owner, I've overlooked the bad coding in Fallout 3 and NV, I hope to get Skyrim and enjoy that as well.
