Just remember, this was a networking test, not a demo meant to convince people to buy it. If anyone has questions, go to IGN and check out the treasure trove of information regarding content coming in D2. It is soooo much more than D1.

You are right. Nothing ever increases in price. Sony is able to maintain 50 million+ on the same equipment with the same people without ever paying more. A lot of it is salary for employed people.
Exactly. There's enough to be worried about. Like seeing Angry Joe subscribers pissed b/c he wants to take a vacation from making reviews until the fall. Who cares! He loses the revenue, not me. I'll watch him when he starts again.
I know we bitch about it, but all ya have to do is wait til Black Friday or something and nab it much, much cheaper. We want a better networking experience etc., but we never want a price increase for anything. So we get underpowered next gen consoles, micro transactions and random loot boxes.
They have sold like 70 million consoles. Who did not see an increase coming?

It's odd because it was a networking test and yet many people have taken it as a demo, looking at it as something to judge the final game by. Or a reason whether or not to buy the game.
Part of me wanted to see how they could push the top down camera view this gen with more power, but Im afraid it would have been the same.
And once I saw the direction they had moved, I was sold. The addition of his son welcomes a closer viewpoint for a much more poignant story.
That said, combat will make or break this game. Is it gonna be more DS, or more fluid combat with combos? We will see.
They aren't all clines though. I felt like you did but then I played Nioh and that game is amazing!
Nioh is legit! My personal GotY. Hopefully this is pretty good.

Nioh is my GotY. It has amazing combat and deep progression, and a great endgame. While other games are fun this year, P5, Horizon and Zelda, Nioh has me hooked. I love DS and nothing will beat the time I had with DemS and DS, and BB was great too, but there's something about Nioh. It's took the best parts of DS and Diablo and made something special. And it is still being supported. What a surprise!
You would think by now everyone would know that exclusives drive console sales, is. Switch, PS4, 360 and then the PS3. Exclusives can't be directly tied to a consoles sales. Multiplats are great, but are a bonus for the console that you choose, since you get them with whatever choice you make.
PC may be different b/C of everything else it offers. But it's hard to say b/C it has a ton of excluaives. And the sole reason PC gamers buy a console is for the games they ca...
We just have to be careful that it isn't being done for the wrong reasons. For example, rewriting history for the sake of inclusion is not responsible. Telling the story from a different perspective might be. It's lazy to simply put whoever you want in a game. It's bold and inspiring to craft specific stories that highlight those that have not been told.
They didn't dare say otherwise.
Seriously though, of course we want diversity. We just don't want it to be shoehorned in to every title, whether it makes sense or not. It should spur people to tell new stories, make new games. It shouldn't become a requirement of every title released.
Damn!!!! For once I wish I had an X1. Though, playing Nioh now and so far it's my GotY. So damn good. Didn't expect it to be this good!
