I agree but not in the way most ppl think. It is missing social activities for mmo-ish players to partake in. It draws various genres of gamers unlike any other game, from mmos to fps games. And I’m not saying that the fps players are the problems, as I’ve had my issue with many raiders in mmos, but many mmos are able to assuage more casual player so by giving them a bunch of other things to do, from crafting, to completionist achievements etc., using lore and cosmetic rewards.

Exactly. Good article. Despite it being the fall I wanna see Bloodborne next and then Uncharted 4 before Xmas. January can be something simple, but then Nioh and Nier should come after. And June should bring Horizon. This would make it worth the money. Who cares if it competes with their exclusives, this is all about the extra $5 I pay now.

Not nearly as impressed as I thought I would be. Now I know it's early and we will begin to see all the crazy things in it that always separate Rockstar games from everything else, but it makes me wonder if they have begun shifting a majority of their resources to world building and multiplayer, as it FAR exceeds the initial sales revenue now (GTA 5).

Eventually, ppl may choose a faction for the look, but I think they should offer the same weapin each time so that you are picking the Faction because you want to.
I like it. Im not against rotating it in and out, but they have to add something else to keep the difficulty up. Im hoping that they continue to keep the difficulty maxed as we progress b/c otherwise theu become quickly outdated.

His attitude is irrelevant. The game isn't bad but he is missing the reasons why games like Overwatch succeed. And something Destiny has done which greatly improves it's IP. They don't take themselves seriously and there is personality to the games. They have their own look and back stories etc. This games biggest fault is that it's forgettable. From the name to the generic characters and art style. Is it beautiful, yes. Was there a ton of work that went into making the outfit...
No. It shouldn't have. And of course this feels like an expansion. It's made in the vein of an MMO. Mom's release, have insane micros or subs to fund them, release free content patches every 3 months or so, and an expansion ever 2 yrs or so.
There isn't an insane amount of content for an mmo-liie game, but it's also an fps of the highest quality, so dev time is much more resource intensive. They said there will be no gaps so we will see.
I figured that modders would simply make stuff that is better than what Bethesda offers for free. I'm not against paid mods, but they need to be good and cheap. And the system can't favor or prioritize friends of devs from Bethesda. How do you roll out this thing with 5 mods for an absurd price and expect it to be successful. I guarantee that if it had launched with like 100 items for cheap, maybe possibly a dlc type item etc. It could have done alright, but nope.
Well, 4 games. Can’t support SoW this time. Amazing game but with so many amazing games coming and games already out, I’m good on supporting titles that want to add sp micros. AC and Wolf look really good. Actually can’t wait to see the story from Wolf, looks really good!
