Well ps3 is just too young for that, wait till a couple of years and you will see alot more games clocking 1080p/60fps.
yeah I read somewhere I don't remember, but I did read somewhere, that MGS4 runs in 1080p. The game runs smooth at 60 fps, but when the action starts to get heavy it switches to 30 fps. I can't find the article but I did read it. But I never thought they would be able to pull that off for a multiplayer game.
Last time I installed a game (DMC4), it looked better on PS3. So I have a life and I have a very social life. So 5 minute wait won't end my life.
Just one thought I have right now. If even after delivering a quality exclusive almost more than every month doesn't help Sony come back on top and reduce 360 lead and declare itself as a winner by a clear margin then I don't see Sony going winning this console war. They have THE lineup compared to 360 6 titles (Gears2, Alan Awake, Banjo, Fable2, NG2, Too Human). So after all the software they are going to have they mess, then God help them.

Well I really appreciate Kojima San. He is a perfectionist. Still believes that can achieve the unachievable even in this age. PS3 will turn 2 this Nov. and even thats no in all region. What do he expect to release the end all game just in the infancy of the console. Its simply not possible. Although MGS4 looks stunningly beautiful but we will see a huge leap when 4 years from now we will be comparing the game of PS3 ...

This game is perfect example of a good, decent idea gone horribly wrong. I thought this game may turn out good but based on the reviews this game didn't even deserve a rental.
God of War: Chains of Olympus is the best PSP game, I have ever played. Its absolutely stunning in every department & still those stupid bloggers give it an 8 out of 10. It had no flaw except for it length.
Its not the PS3 fault, if the developers are lazy. I mean I was a software developer too, not exactly a games developer. I don't know how there bosses let these dumb lazy @#$#$% work in there company. Seriously look at the quality of the game in screenshot, I am not a graphics lover, but seriously that looks like a ps1 game:|

I play games, so that I can get my mind off from office and university. I felt games really helped me to relax and release my tension. Imagine killing your boss in a game:P
Because thats what they do, they would release a buggy software/hardware and expect everyone to buy, if nobody wants to buy it, they will force you by discontinuing the previous version. Thats exactly what they did with xbox and thats exactly what they will do with xbox360, once the new console arrives. Just for one second imagine if 360 didn't had the 1 year head start, where would they have been now? Do you really think they would be ahead of PS3 like they are now?
Well actually Microsoft has all the shooter fans. Fans whose sole purpose is to play fps/tps & the problem with Microsoft xbox brand, its only known for games like this. Last gen it was all about Halo, this gen its all about Gears. They don't have any other genre that they rely on. Fable was definitely good, but it wasn't end all RPGs as it was claimed to be, Ninja Gaiden was only for the hardcore fans, soo brutally hard that people who play games on normal difficulty could even clear hal...

Its not really that big of a deal. But still the damn thing is taking too long:( Plus I can't even watch a movie or anything on my ps3. Atleast they should have put the patch option as a background download.
One of the primary reason I started hating Microsoft Games Division was the fact that every exclusive they are getting now is coming to PC. I mean whats the point of shedding money on 360 when you get a better version of the game on PC. I felt cheated when Gears released on PC. I mean I bought the 360 for that game and 6 months later it was announced for PC.
