That was a great game until the end MK. I just couldn't bring myself to climb all 50 floors of that building =( Still though great fight system and the story albeit confusing a bit was still cool.

You know I spent 5 years in the Army... Real life warfare is nothing like a video game... Reaction time may be a little better but thats about where it stops. Breathing, Sight picture, Posture, Grip, Trigger squeeze and about 20 other things are involved in firing a weapon besides reaction time... That and how many gamers can disassemble a M16 or an M4? let alone a M249. hell I doubt many could hold one to their shoulder for more then a few minutes. Things are damn heavy especially with 200 r...

I wasn't joking when I said 12 discs above. The game engine and redundant sounds and everythng are over 7 gigs. That leaves 2 gig's per disc for gaame info and textures, voice and story. Unless they used compressed sound and dumbed down textures it is not feasable.
I enjoyed their press conference the most. Their "Power point presentation" was great. I however agree with N'gai croal. They spent way too much time on the PS2 and PSP. While I love my PSP and play PS2 games still that should not be their focus at all anymore. They need to compete with their lead platform which is the PS3. Kind of a "Best foot forward" ideal.
FF13 was a big announcement but I am not a FF fan so for me the MS conf was pretty weak. Copied Mii's...
From what I understand a major part of the exclusivity on PS3 is in part to sony owning the movie rights and threatening a "no release" if it goes Multiplat.
Not only that but the constant barage of Apple products, Blu Ray jokes and other PS3 riff raff would make it a joke if it were ported. I think if they did gamers would say "Trying to be bioshock" you can't please everyone man but I think they made a solid choice and it looks cool. The internet is full of toolbags who will point out every bit of fail in everything to justify themselves as... well whatever it is they hope to accomplish.
It's an MMO. I could see many not getting into it but I am a big MMO vet and it looks really really good for an MMO. I mean getting 20 friends and taking on Lobo or Bizarro would be awesome.

Take away Sci Fi games and your left with bioshock(Kinda Sci fi too) which is multiplat. Take away FPS games and your left with gears... Variety is what counts for me. Can't match Uncharted or LBP or Flow or Elefunk or Echochrome or Resistance 2 or MGS4 or RAtchet and Clank or any number of games that are offered on PS3. Viva Piniata and Banjo wont cut it for me...

FF7 was honestly the last FF I liked. I liked the SNES ones and the first PS one which was FF7. FF9 wasn't too bad and Crisis core was ok as well. Game on though =D
