Are they actually winning in total sales already? Because much like the Wii U it could stagnant out after the initial sales die down. they have had an amazing year tho, but I feel like they sort of blew their load with all their big games for launch.

I agree with you. Its like if you were going to buy a PS4 or Xbox One and only had an old tube tv... you're doing yourself a great disservice if you buy the Pro or 1X without 4K.
That being said tho there are other benefits such as better textures, draw distances, load times etc. that the 1080p people will still benefit from, but is that alone worth it? Depends on your spending habits I guess haha

Can't wait to see what 343 does with the 1X in Halo 6. Should be impressive and utilize it more than 3rd parties downscaling from Ultra PC specs.
I have my Pro and will have my 1X before my 4K TV... mainly because Im' waiting for this years black friday deals.

I totally get what you're saying but here are more added benefits then just res, but again depends on how you feel about a mid gen upgrade.

Depends on if you want to define them as console exclusive or not... hence why i asked if he had a good PC.
If you have an X1S then you should know that Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Sea of Thieves, Ori 2, Ashen among a few other are coming in 2018.

Absolutely agree... That being said though its nice to have good games looking their best. Can't wait to see Shadow of War on this baby since my base 1X looks muddy as hell.
I paid like $120 for my 5TB off Amazon... So damn worth it considering I have gone full digital on my Xbox. I have like 150+ games on the storage right now and still have 1TB left.
Whether they are there or not, I don't care. I'm not gunna buy them regardless.
