That Battle Royale appeal
I'm all sorts of confused by this.
1. There are no "spawn points" considering everyone drops from helicopters and you can choose when to drop.
2. There aren't any lives to run out of besides the one you have.

It would be interesting to see what the 360 numbers would be without the RROD issues.

Like the 360 didn't have MULTIPLE iterations AND a rampant RROD issue? You act like the Xbox One is the only console that has had multiple sku's.
Yeah, but you can see how that's kinda shady. For me I think I'd be less upset if they just left Black Cat out of the base game and this DLC included everything. But instead they tease me with her story, then want to charge me to play the conclusion.

No I don't actually believe that Spidey and GoW should be adjusted. I was just using it as a reverse argument to his baseless comment. I am fine with a game being full price with SP or MP ONLY as long as that package includes enough content that I deem worthy of full price.
Lol Nooooo It would be the same thing if Activision cut the campaign to then sell to me later in a DLC then I defend them and condemn Sony for it. Not the same situation.

How is a Turnbased RPG going to work well being a PvP?
It's nice to have that option. I was actually a little jilted on the FH3 $100 edition because I bought it and it didn't come with the season pass... so this time to recoup I just GamePassed FH4.
Honestly, I had a ton of fun exploring the map and doing the challenge tombs and stuff over the actual main story missions. I really do enjoy that they went back to exploration over combat for this one.
Really looking forward to Control. Kinda makes me want to do another Quantum Break playthrough. Looks like it could have easily been a sequel or something. Glad they didn't try and continue with any live action stuff.

So is the new GoW half a game because there was a MP mode in Ascensions? The Tomb Raider reboot had a MP, but they removed it for Rise and Shadow... does it make those games "half a game" now because they realized hardly anyone played it and focused on the SP instead?
Or is it only "half a game" when they drop the SP for MP?

Again, I'd prefer them to just skip it all together and put more focus on the MP then pump out another lackluster campaign that we are going to say is "meh" anyway. Put those resources into giving me an amazing MP that I'll play every chance I get.

Their number was like 9% for BLOPS3, with 26+mil buyers that puts it up over 2mil players who finished the campaign. But how many of that 9% bought CoD JUST for the SP and didn't touch the other modes? I'd say probably less than 4%. Also I wonder how many hours spent in the SP vs. MP of that 9% who bothered to beat the SP? I'd say the ratio is not even ...
