Well then you haven't been keeping up on the game.
The Order COULD have rivaled Gears if they didn't rush it and mess it up. That game had so much going for it, but the execution felt rushed and half assed.
Nope, but that's okay. I'm not going to bother defending myself to you lol
Totally get that. I should have mentioned Spidey as well... definitely up there!!
Not sure, really. I mean reports are that they have been working on it since the end of ME3 which was in 2012. So its been 5 years.
Also considering they just had one of their writers be the lead actress so that way they cut down a ton of cost having to hire an actual actress...
@cleft
I don't know where you live, but I spend upwards of $18+ on movie tickets. $18 is for a damn matinee.
Not sure why you brought Nintendo up. Their DLC is often priced pretty high and they have some of the worst MT practices in the market with Amiibo's.
Well, its a shit load better than NMS. That's for sure.
It was compared to it a lot when people thought the game was going to be empty and boring like NMS. Somehow people also thought it was procedurally generated also... don't ask me haha
Nier is in my top 5 games this year.
Very cool of MS. That is quite the Christmas present.
Days Gone has potential, it definitely has the production value, but just haven't seen anything that makes it standout. Just looks like a cinematic zombie game. Ghost of Tsushima on the other hand only got a small teaser and I'm crazy excited for it, from the get go the game stands outs as something different.
Well there is a large difference between a game like Hellblade and an online game like Overwatch. Server maintenance, constant customer service, moderators, crews creating new skins, maps, characters etc.
There is a lot more ongoing cost variables that happen in an online game than a SP game like Hellblade. Not saying Hellblade is less of a game, because I personally love Hellblade and can't stand Overwatch, but that's kind of the reality between the 2.
almost like fortnite, but better.
So why is it so successful on PC which gets a ton of games? Could it be because it offers gameplay that other games just don't? No, couldn't be that.
Love me some Spidey. Insomniac should be able to handle this fine!
Nintendo fanatics boasting about how big their library is already, but a major chunk of them are crap ports and mobile games.
I hear people say this is 'No Man's Sea' which is a very stupid statement. No Man's Sky is nothing compared to what Sea of Thieves is.
Actual MP
handcrafted world
factions and outposts
No stupid looking procedurally generated AI
This never bothers me in these long running franchises. Most die hard fans usually upgrade to the next one as soon as they come out and considering GT only comes around so often I can't imagine you haven't picked up Sport if you're a GT fan.
@bow2yoda
The problem is it can't be one or the other if we are going to get rid of lootboxes. Overwatch may not have the worst usage, but they still have a very low win percentage for any good gear and then throw in the variable of you getting the cosmetic you actually want and you're looking at a vicious circle. Whether it effects your gameplay or not.
