PC Fanboy alert. Crysis is pretty impressive, I would say the best looking FPS on the Xbox, and not that bad for PS3 standards either.

I think your estimated specs for the PSP2 are close to what they will be. Honestly it would not suprise me to see a 1ghz dual core cpu in it with loads of ram.

50% reduction is assuming that the whole image is going to be 3D, where as a game can simply make the character 3D, and certain elements, then its not a solid 50% decrease. The whole image doesn't have to be rendered in 3D

The problem with your idea is that developers don't know if their game is going to suck or not. They try their best to make the game the best they can, and if people don't like it, then it's considered a bad game. The thing is, not everyone has the same tastes. Many developers release a game thinking its better than it turns out to be, because they made it. A game being bad is only opinion, and the developer cant predict the opinion of everyone. There are many "bad" game...

Nintendo lost their main advantage over the PSP with the 3DS. I remember the old DS's lasting for days, where as my PSP only got a good 5 hours.
This is inexcusable Nintendo, considering most smart phones with better specs get 8 hours. Expect the PSPhone to easily get better battery life.

I would assume that if Nintendo could some how achieve LBP2 on Wii hardware, it would deserve much more than a 10.
Racing games are left and right, hack and slashes are spam one or two buttons, rpg's are clicking menus, rts's are point and click, puzzlers are think and do, adventures are runing with the occasional spaming of buttons, See how easy it is to describe every genre the way you did?
