have to disagree as well, no offense. racepro does look like as-s which is why it won't appeal to the masses but its supposed to. the game cater to the hard core sim crowd. im a minority here but im gonna give race pro a shot. been fiending for another sim aside from forza 2
in sonys defense(if they really aren't going to market it as big as everyone would like), you can't always have it all. you have to balance your development cost with your marketing. at the end of the day, sony would want to make the most profit out of it as they can too
KZ2 = huge development budget/spare the rest for marketing
Halo 3 = only spent 30mil on development from what i remember/HUGE budget on marketing

it is irrelevant to UK as superbowl commercials will only help greatly with sales in the US(biggest market of the 3). superbowl commercials are very expensive for a reason: superbowl = everyone here watches it = a lot of exposure for KZ2

by cover system he's talking about the ones like in company of heroes. although they don't have it for HW, its ok with me. im getting this game w.o too high of an expectation since its not for the hardcore RTS crowd. it'll be fun regardless for me.
this game has been made to be simple/for the casuals. 1) its on a console. 2) it'll just sell more that way, specially for a genre that isn't too popular. but that isn't a bad thing. it'll help lure new players into the RTS genre
it shouldn't be too different from an FPS on a console--not as good as a m/k combo
