Yeah I haven't even attempted to get on and play yet, mainly due to the fact I know everyone is trying to get the achievements, I would rather wait for it to calm down and go back to normal.

I agree with you in some aspects.
With what I was saying with budget, yes a ton of that is poured into marketing (which Microsoft is great at), but also 30million I believe was the developing cost for halo3. With the year head start I didn't quite make that clear, and you are right about the xbox being better graphically than the ps2 when it came out. My previous argument on that doesn't quite hold up you are right since the 360 came out with developers already very experienced ...
Yeah verses is all I play on it, and really the only thing it's worth, the DLC will be coming out in Spring that will add all the campaigns to verses, plus a new survival mode which sounds like it will add a lot more value to the game. Plus it will be free if you got the game for PC.
Even if it came to ps3, I would still rather have it on PC. There games have always been best on PC, and they are not that hard to run either. With all the sales they have been having it is a definite buy for l4d (I would not get it for full price though, I have recommended everyone just wait for a sale on it before they buy it, and they all did, and eventually all got it whether it was 25 bucks or 40). With the new updates coming in Spring though it sounds like it will be worth the full 50 f...
I hate to tell you, but if it was possible then I think we would be seeing it by now. The fact is the 360 has been out a whole year ahead of the ps3, so it should be graphically ahead at a much more noticeable level. Instead though, we see that ps3 exclusives have always out shined the 360 games. Multiplatform started off with a different story. I expect halowars to sell huge for the name alone. I had some friends getting ready to go buy it thinking it was going to be like all the other halo's, until I informed them that it was an RTS, then they held off. You would be amazed at the amount of people who don't keep up with gaming news who don't know any better. Put the name halo on anything and it will sell. From an rts fan perspective though, I am hearing mixed things on it.
