I've never once had a problem with the DS3 controller setup. I've used just about every controller, and to be honest, it's the one I like the best, it's all preference. Maybe you can't play good with it, so its a "pain" for you, but for others it's all good.
I ask myself, then I realize I don't care and go back to playing games.

Actually if you played re4 atleast on ps2, then this should be no problem for ps3. A lot of people I know that got it on 360 b*tch the most about the controls, just because theres not much to be used to there.

Unless we see ME1 randomly pop up on to the ps3, I wouldn't get my hopes up for ME2 to hit. At least in my opinion it wouldn't make much sense to release the 2nd one without the 1st.
Unless you see the 1st ME pop up on the ps3, then you won't be seeing the 2nd one. ME2 is going to be using your saves to continue the story, so it wouldn't make much sense to release just the 2nd one on ps3. Obviously if you played the game, then your going to want to get it on the 360 again since that's where your saved games are.
Well I have a high end PC, and a ps3. Why would I have a ps3 you ask? Well idk, maybe because SONY exclusives don't get released on PC. Then for multiplats I got re5, and then on my PC i have L4D on steam. My PC stays loaded with fps/rts/rpgs...etc.. Console games that either don't come out for PC, or are best to play on the couch with a controller go to my ps3.
You can also build a very good gaming rig for little cost.
I agree, I had to suffer through multiple ps2's. I had about 2-3 go out on me (I cant remember for sure), but a big part of the problem was I left it on the floor, and it sucked up dust like a champion, but if we are going to assume that the 140million ps2 owners counted all of the people who had to buy multiple consoles due to them breaking then shouldn't that argument be used against the 360 as well? With the economy the way it is, renting is a lot more intriguing these days. It depends still though, if it's a game I have been pumped up for then I will buy it, if it really lets me down I can always return with in 14days for a full refund.
