Wow, I'm really happy for MS. MS are masters of software development so we'll definitely get to see some cool stuff happening on the X1 hardware. I have a feeling the new SDK is going to make x1 games very quick and snappier in speed.

I'm a little late on my commit but I do agree with you to a certain point.
DC visual has been upgraded but not the game play. Sure its plays well so it gets a welcoming free past as a great game from most gamers. Its laughable how everyone praises DC like its the best racing game ever made. I'm afraid to say DC it not jaw dropping in my opinion.

If Activision didn't give Sony the right to do another crash game its possible Sony might still have licensing right to make a remaster version of crash. I'm sorry to say that's not a good comparison video. Notice DC vid did not have any cars racing in the rain to illustrate what I was taking about earlier. PCARS's rain smoke effects from the cars at high speed is more realistic. Like I said before, The windshield water effect in DC makes up for it b/c of how it behaves. DC weather effects looks better but PCAR animated weather effects looks more realistic than DC IMO. However, realistic weather effects doesn't always mean it better.
EDIT: PCAR has rain droplet effects that looks like smoke while driving at high speed which is how it should looks in real life DC does not has have the same effect.
However, DC makes up for it in the windshield, the rain behave according to the direction the driver take which is realistic....
