Sony was close to perfection, if they would have dropped FF7/Persona 5 or a Silent Hills for me it would have been 10/10 hands down.
I'm HAPPY they didn't announce Neo, now they can focus on making adjustments if they need to, to REALLY deliver competition to the Scorpio next year.

Yep. Game is clearly god tier. A real next gen approach to the IP. Loved every second of it.
People are too nostalgic. People need to move on and see things clearly. The tank controls, poor pacing, bad camera angles of the old games were TERRIBLE. Plain and simple. They didn't make the game great, they made them bad. They only slid by with them at the time because RE zombies was fresh and huge, and the hardware sucked.

Zombie games are AMAZING, and have near infinite potential. When TLOU came out, EVERYONE hated zombie games, yet that game took the world away.
It's about quality. And even long after the, "zombie craze", has ended, we will still see a zombie game here and there, that is truly epic.

I'm starting to think FF7 tease was just a video and nothing else. As in, they haven't even started developing the real game yet, and the, "gameplay", we saw was just a cgi.
Oh well, we KNOW it's coming eventually, and unless they ruin the story, it's probably going to destroy the competition. One of the only games i'd ever preorder.
Meh, they probably went through internal changes. There are lots of struggles in game development, they prob saw internal builds of some other AAA games coming out and Deep Down didn't compete well enough, so they dove back in.
