Yea, the Bethesda titles were the only ones I bought last month. Because F this industry and its microtransaction trends right now. Decided to wait on shadow of war to bargain bin due to the loot box crap. Disappointing more people didn't get up in arms until battlefront 2.
All these people praising the game will have it sold back to gamestop before they even unlock one hero. Keep praising, lol.
you had me till better games like for honor, lmfao
Been playable on pc all along... lol
Did anyone really think it would be otherwise??
Actually I like them both being distinct.. I wouldn't want them to both feel the same.
They both should be 95's.. amazing but slight room for improvement.
You can buy boxes with real life currency... pretty much the same thing.
Unless you can find a time machine and go back and prevent EA from buying them that isn't happening. EA kills studios. It has several times in the past and will continue to do so. The games you mentioned and liked better were all pre EA. ME 2 was in production already and most of the way done but you can still see EA's influence in the DLC model. Ever wonder why command and conqueror isn't around anymore or a new Sim City? Ask EA.
Not if they charge over 100 for it, and they will. That's the problem.
Both seem very bargain bin to me.
These 2 speak my language. The only people who hate on the old school ones are tweens who are too young to have played them when they were new. These newer entries (since 4, including 4) have been trash in comparison.
Has to do with sales more than anything else. And they didn't go far enough. A RE that can be speed ran in 2 hours? Try again capcom.
They should have offered a 200 dollar version that doesn't undock and does 1080p for zelda instead of 900. I have no interest in handhelds, especially ones that cost 300 dollars with no game.
Yea, prototypes and non historical stuff isn't what battlefields all about. Glad I skipped this one. Hate to see so many fish on the hook though.
I own it, and decided to wait... =/
Considering From Software published the original, this wouldn't be too far of a stretch. Most people don't know the same company published both.
All reviews on it say its shit. Which sux.. cuz platinum games are usually good.
Well, considering there really isn't any other EA AAA rpg's in development I don't think you have to worry. They can release ME:A whenever they want. If you want something that pushed out and not finished look elsewhere.
Yup, and that's coming from someone who skipped on the first one due to lack of campaign and space combat. So I was highly anticipating this one. I'm a huge star wars fan. Loot box only advancement? I'll stick to overwatch. Skipped Shadow of War for the same reason. Speak with your wallet people or this will become the norm like every other scummy practice.
