Nice! Good going, PS360WII, I think I might take a ride by my local GameStop on the way home.
That is really bizarre as I concur - checking the GameStop website it says it ships within 24 hours. All of the media outlets as well as the official site say April 15th. Did you get yours at a GameStop?
Nice! I was a huge fan of my original model G15 - but didn't really like the newer LCD panel. I switched to a Razer Lycosa recently and have found the key action to feel really nice on it.
I have to agree with that. It is a bad choice in names for their whole gaming peripheral line. I would have saved it until the devices COULD interface with my body.
Darn straight. The whole concept of a MLE game is crazy though. I mean can you imagine the "whole family" around the Wii making obscene gestures to their mouths while trying to swallow the most hot dogs or whatever.
Definitely. $249 is not the cheapest thing in the world but when the cost of commercial-grade engines are considered it is a mere drop in the bucket.
Thats what troubles me. They claim it is "without delay", but we all know that is just not possible. There is always some delay.
lol, one of my first thoughts when reading the retrospective was, "I'm too old for this s**t". I feel you.
I played it a while under Monolith's reign as developer and it was alright. A lot of bugs and whatnot. Player events were a joke mostly because it involved crowds of people surrounding gm-played characters and slogging the servers to molasses. Of course, then you had the dumb folk who would just harass the gm-characters, making them leave much to the anger of the rest of the playerbase. Under SOE, I have heard they revamped the combat system (don't know if it is like SWG's CU at all).
A lot of folks say Oakenfold has 'gone soft' but I think this is mostly from the hardcore trance crowd. Sure, his scores are not always pounding and broody but he is a heck of a lot more creative than doing just that now.
Absolutely, it is a great package.
GamingShogun video still works.
I like the graphics quite a bit. I think they ride the line between realism and stylized quite well.
Oh yeah, definitely. I actually have hope for this game.
E3 is going to be at the Los Angeles Convention Ctr this year - still invite only but at the LACC! Jul 15-17th.
The Los Angeles Convention Center.
I just hope the environments are as destructible as they claim. Alot of games tout that kind of thing only to find it is just some walls that can be damaged.
Not yet but I would never say never. If the demand is great enough, who knows. You could try running it on a pc emulator too depending on your setup and, of course, compatibility issues.
I highly doubt it. I think they are just trying to figure out what to do with so many copies of their "brilliantly epic" game.
Sweet, what one did you pick up?
