Aside from still being able to play online even if I don't go with plus, WITH it I get backups, automatic updates, free games every month (PvZ, Tomb Raider Underworld, Costume Quest), access to Qore, free full game trials, numerous PSOne games for free, discounts on DLC, games, and bundles...I mean, really.
The day I activated my subscription, I got $65 of content for free.
I would love to see tech like this in theaters.

I feel the author here isn't rating the games as much as how defining each one in the series is.
I feel few people could pick up one of the first three titles for the first time today.

The plane was crazy, but I think the entire ship sequence struck me more. (Uncharted)

As long as there are enough people on BF to keep the incredible and tense matches up, I'm not too bothered though.

I love the Uncharted games, but with U2, I can STILL go back (after beating 3) and get drawn into it and play for 6 hours straight.
U3 is GORGEOUS, even moreso than 2, but when I realized there are no unlocks (which seriously broke my heart) and comparing the pacing, setpieces, flow of the story...in my opinion, the second game trounces the third.
I never felt that a moment was dragged out too long, or that I was being fed "cool stuff" just for wows...
This is one thing I really hate about the newfound (last decade or so) mass appeal of games.
Most of the new crowd was garnered in on the Wii and Call of Duty. Like a food critic only eating Kraft Mac and Cheese and Ramen Noodles.
The worst part of this, is that these are the people advertising and promoting games to others now. Their opinion is nearly worthless. They just don't have the experience, involvement in the industry, or the catalog of games t...

Really? GoW3, Uncharted 2 and 3, and Killzone 2 and 3 have no installs.
All good points. 2 is the better game, but this one still amazed me,
