I just get more and more excited about the potential of it. I just wish we had some kind of window for a release date...
There's really no point in "annointing" something game of the year for two reasons:
1) Your annointing means absolutely nothing in terms of how fun the game is to play or whether it will win
2) Nobody has even touched much less played either MW2 or Uncharted 2 so you can't judge it yet
And a follow up point....what does this have to do with xbox 360 news other than PS3 fans trying to be obnoxious

I know several 360 hardcore gamers on here (including me) that can't wait for Natal and to see what Microsoft is gonna do with it. I'm glad you can speak for other people even though you're probably wrong most of the time
but I prefer people realize the whole story. FInal Fantasy is not a good point (unless you mean 4 particular games) because there's like 80 final fantasy games and only 4 (5 this fall) Halo games.....

If you have a computer that can handle all the 360/PC games, then I encourage you to try them out because believe it or not, some pretty damn good games on 360 that the PS3 doesn't have
to appear unbiased and whatnot but even the bad halo game (Halo 2 for me) was way worth the money. I wonder how many people talk bad about Halo have actually tried it.
It's one heck of a time with friends and online. I'm still playing halo 3 regularly online because it's just so much dang fun. If you can give it a try and take off the Sony colored glasses (not sure what their color is but still) and try it as an FPS, I think a lot of you will like it.

I completely understand that but you can't criticize something that you haven't actually used. You know, the whole don't judge a book by it's cover deal.
If they can deliver all that in the trailer, it's just one more way for gamers (experienced and inexperienced alike) to enjoy video games. If you wanna use a controller....fine. If you wanna use your body....fine. If you wanna use a mix of the two....fine.
I just don't see the point in bringing it down before it...
I own a 360 and up until now have really only wanted 3 games on PS3. GOW (you're so lucky to have this one), FF (not a problem.....we can all enjoy the goodness now), and MGS (we can all kinda enjoy the goodness depending how it turns out)
Here's one I wish I had. For anyone who's played it, I realize it's not gonna be identical but how's Prototype compared to this game. Anyway, enjoy it.....I'm gonna have to find a friend who owns it to leech off of
it's too early to tell what it means for gamers like us on this site. We just don't know because we got introduced to it a few weeks ago. It's not coming out in a few months or even a year maybe (obviously don't know a release date). We also don't know which companies are using it (except I know Rare and Molyneux)
I just think it's a little early to forecast doom and gloom on something when all we've really gotten from it is a tech demo that shows what's capable if used correc...
The only thing that can be construed as a war here is three companies trying to make money. It's not like there's casualties or any special prize as the leader of the console world who makes all the decision for all 3. Stop acting like it's the end of the world if either one sells more than the other.

I agree but disagree. I think what Microsoft is attempting is a step above the Wii (a rather large step).
Microsoft is going for the whole enchilada here with speech recognition, using your whole body instead of just an arm in most cases, etc. I like what the Wii did but it's confined to the Wiimote while Natal is confined to almost nothing (assuming they deliver everything in the trailer which is unrealistic but anyway)

This isn't meant to be a one purpose device. It's meant to be a multi purpose device. It's not meant to replace the controller completely for hardcore games but enhance it when possible. It's meant as a casual gamer device where people don't even have one button to press. All they need to use is their body which they're pretty familiar with unlike a controller which scares many people off.

I might have a different opinion if I had purchased L4D1 when it came out but regardless, I'll be buying L4D2 when it comes out (for PC if my computer can handle it.....sucks being a broke college student lol).
