This is what I'm talking about. Now that your franchise does it it is now justified but when Activision was doing it, it was unacceptable.
Gamers only care when things are relevant to them and then they can find excuses for what other franchises do but since the game I enjoy does it, it is perfectly fine.

No matter if it is BC3 or BF4 it shouldn't come out 2013 at all as that would mean we will see MoH and Battlefield yearly such as MW and Black Ops.
Neither game should be coming out honestly. To avoid the formula they have ridiculed which is annual releases of two separate but equal franchises.
Nintendo the console is strong enough. I can't wait for a Zelda, Super Smash Brothers, Metriod, And I really want a remake of Ice Climbers.

It will certainly be for Xbox 360 and PS3 but depending on if they are given enough time and when BF4 comes out it is hard to tell.
I wouldn't want them to rush the game on a new platform for the sake of getting it out during the launch and have it plagued with errors and problems.
The Nexus 7 offers a better screen larger size with the same specs actually better but only cost $200 and actually comes with on board memory. I'm not comparing the two in terms of gaming but you referred to specs that will be standard in $200 devices now.
