It's cool if it's not your thing. I actually love the pacing. I hate really fast run-n-gun games. To me it's much better when you can duck, cover, plan things a little, and execute. A little slower is preferable to "flying by the seat of your pants" all the time. I liked the boss battle because you could get him where you wanted him then blast him. But to each his own.
I'm actually very interested to see what crap certain sites will come up with to downplay KZ2. This game seems to have done everything right.
Good thing KZ2 is not a generic FPS with terrible AI then huh? Killzone 2 FTW!
Maybe the CELL and RSX are good for gaming. Maybe Blu-ray was a good idea for all the uncompressed textures. Just maybe.
PS3 exclusives beat all multiplats and exclusives from any other console. This is just the beginning too. Just imagine in 2 more years. Mind-boggling.

I love the look of the desert level. Not gray enough for the xbox boys I'm sure. To all of you xbots that said "grayzone" or KZ2 was nothing but gray the whole way through... You're all stupid.

Sony won in my opinion but then to me they won 2007 also. In the end, if you're a gamer you're winning.
@ captain sony: It depends what category when talking about dead last. Sales? yes MS and Sony got beat. Games? MS and Sony DESTROYED Nintendo considering they don't have a game I want to play and I would not buy their system. In my opinion Sony won followed by MS then Nintendo bringing up the rear.
Very true and I'm not even an MGS fan but I respect the game for being an excellent title.
It was better when not many people had PS3s. Now there are tons of idiots on there and they can really ruin the experience.
I hate all the idiot xbox fanboys thinking it's the end all be all of gaming like they did with Halo 3. Good games? Certainly but overrated in my opinion and both actually disappointed me from the hype I was hearing. PS3 exclusives definitely seem to get the short-end of the stick in reviews despite being excellent games. MGS4 is the first game I think was scored justly.

That's really all that matters. I enjoy them more than Gears or Halo (though Halo 3's MP is a lot of fun). Sony's work is just fine thus far.

But one video game can offer much more entertainment than even 3 DVDs. I've put literally days of time into COD4 and Warhawk among other games. Not so with DVDs but I see your point.
I believe they are both probably capable but like you I'll believe it when I see it.
After holding the two consoles I have to say the PS3 is heavier (adding to your example) though given its tech capabilities, I believe it will have an easier time with the processes necessary.
What about 3D-4D? That would blow my mind. Passing of time (4D) in 3D stereoscopic. oooo I just got chills. :P
