I most agree with you on this! I really hate to agree with you but, I almost feel like there's no other reason for the statement.
Just think about how many people have said the same thing just,to have the game come out looking like crap!
Yeah man.....it's not true! It has been my experience to be the opposite. I don't know if it's the fact that most FPS on the PS3 don't have aim-assist.

And for any XBLG subscriber out there, are you telling that MS's network is more secure than Sony's even though, it is a KNOWN fact that you can hack into an individual account and steal MS points?

the problem with that thought process is, it's not popular right now! it's more popular to blame Sony and say that the hackers were the victors buy causing The "network failure"!

it seems that a lot of 360 owners forget that an individual account can be hacked and the MS points can be stolen.
don't worry about it though, it only becomes an issue to them when it happens to them.....other wise, it never happens!
hell, one idiot even tried to post a "how-to" about he got banned from the site. Major Nelson's account was hacked.

Since you are a family man like myself, than you have informaion out there. If you bought a house than, you have information out there. Hell, somethimes in the city's website if you goto the realtors portion, you can find your name home amount and how much you make a year.
Try Googleing your name and see what pops up!
There're plenty of "people" finder web sites that collect even the smallest information.

i have a question, was the information that was accessed the same information you can find in a phone book? a Google search of a random name? one of the many people info finders?

I'm still think this is such a big deal because, Sony is the last counsel network to be hacked. No body talked about XBL being hacked because, it's already old news.
I just wan to see how Sony recovers from this! What new steps do they put in place to make sure it's a long time before this happens again if ever!
he could call Major Nelson, and ask him what he did when his XBLG account was hacked!

i have never heard of the entire network being hacked but, my nephew had his account hacked a few months ago.
and from what i understand, hacking individual accounts aren't un-common.
that's why i love me some Gamefly!
But that's just it, The other two companies are coming out with new hardware sooner than Sony needs to. Sony put this machine together to last. devs (not the 1st party) are just now starting to see what can be done on the system.
now think about this, what other system can run 3d, 7.1 sound, and has accurate motion control in one package? NONE
if you have a projector with a wrap around screen...you getting as close to having a hallo deck as we can get rig...

The PS3 has a browser. But you are right about one thing, they are becoming mini towered PC's.
