I think Destructioid and this site only saw the PAX demo, which was probably near the beginning of the game with lots of talk, whereas the sites that are praising have seen the gunplay and the action of the game.
I think this whole thing is just because these two sites have not seen any of the game except that one part. Whereas the sites with access have seen a lot more. I think this game is still going t be great. I don't think we can go by anyones opinion who only saw it at P...
