My 360 got this a couple of weeks ago. Screen started going green like the matrix, then just stopped working completely.
I don't know what I'm going to do about it.
I'll probably just play Killzone 2 multiplayer some more :D
I agree with Elven6. I'd love a sequel to Psi Ops.
I just finished it about an hour ago (I hate Rico, could have been awesome but no, they had to try and make it badass) and I have to say, no, it hasn't raised the bar for all consoles.
In terms of graphics, yes. However that was the only thing that stood the game apart to me. The gameplay was your typical standart FPS fare.
Whoever this journalist is, I don't respect him.
Resident Mediocre 5 would be a far better play on words.
Well if anyone actually read the article, you'd find out that he wasn't bashing Guitar Hero.
But then again who actually reads the articles...
Halo's already dead.
To be honest I don't think the PS3 could do L4D as well as it's done on 360, just because of the online aspect. There's no denying that Xbox LIVE is superior to the Playstation Network, that and the fact that a good percentage of PS3 owners don't have a headset could pretty much cripple the game.
I.M.O. < < < < < < <-----------
Pumped for this now.
4/5 is a good score peoples.
Ehh I'm gonna wait to get my hands on it before I praise it.
This sort of stuff was said about Halo 3 and, while I enjoyed the game quite a bit, I wasn't exactly blown away by it.
Even with cruise control, you still have to steer.
I'm pretty sceptic about this game, I mean, FPS's just don't really do much for me on the PS3. I never really understood all the people whining about the controller it until I played Resistance 2 and Far Cry 2 on mine, and it just feels so clunky and, well, rubbish.
Oh well, here's to hope.
I rented the game a couple of weeks ago to see what all the fuss was about. It was pretty much the cutest game I've ever played, one of the most creative, too.
No doubt there's some incredible imagination in this game, but, for me that's all it really is. An insanely cute powerpoint that works into a so-so platformer.
I'd buy it for a discount price, but I'm not all hyped up to get my hands on an actual copy =/
It's strange, I really enjoyed MGS2 the most, and from what I hear that's considered the worst one, but I thought it was amazing. I liked the gameplay of 4, but it just felt all a bit too much, too typical kojima with the story and whatnot. I suppose it's kind of something you have to have to be invested in to really get the full experience, but seeing as I wasn't invested in the story all I really had/have to go on is the gameplay. To me the gameplay was, while still above average, not enoug...
They're not saying "These are the reasons the 360 will be better than the PS3 and Wii ïn 2009", they're just saying what they're looking forward to for next year.
Even still though it's slighlty weak, but then again we know nothing about next years line up so...
Meh, Metal Gear.
Maybe I just didn't "get it" or something.
Good on him. I'm sure he'll do a great job.
This is a horrible list.
None of them are valid complaints.
Dude, don't get so worked up about it.
It's some analysts (retarded) opinion.
I haven't played my PS3 nearly as much as I've played my 360 this year, but there's no denying that this year the PS3 has had way more big titles than the 360.
Wow.
"Uncool" ?
Now I question if this website is entirely populated by 13 year olds.
Anyway
I think it's a bit of a dodgy move, seeing as there's the whole "hardcore" image, but if someones really all that worried about how hardcore their gaming console is then they're a moron.
It's whatever, it's a nice little addition and I've actually kind of enjoyed looking at my friends avatars.
This is obviously a fake.
There's no way a girl like that would be interested in this.
Haha, the host of a podcast I keep up on had the two guys behind this on the show last year. During the course of the episode he drank about 3 of them and he was twitching and everything. Good stuff.
