Why should you not pay for games? when the game is stupidly rushed and full of glitches, so bad sometimes its hardly working.*COUGH*COD*COUGH*NEW VEGAS*COUGH*.

Because young men seem to love them although when you mention they might have a fascination with such they instantly reject it and act like a homophobic person.
But on topic this much freedom means Activision will have to spend more money on staff to hand out these bans which will make them mad then they will receive large amounts of hate and getting sued by housewife's because of such content.
Dev's and Publishers need to take note from valve, it took 9 years to make TF2 and it was a perfectly balanced and minimal glitch game.

In Australia steam sells most games (not from publishers that love to rip people off) about 50%-30% less than the stores. games like black ops and borderlands are modified on steam to the more "Australian price".
Other than those games, steam wins.
