Battlefield has always been the second best fps? TF2 until the mann co store was easily one of the best. now its prity much dead and most ps3 guys from this site would throw out Killzone.
and just like what people last time said battlefield wont kick COD off this "throne" in sales, ever. It has beat it in game play since BF:BC.

Other than the fact these don't change the whole world just the "gaming world" I think this list needs Halo: Combat evolved, GTA III and Half Life.

Its a great feature it also stops modifying save games levels stats and stuff like that in games you can.

Valve still technically a independent studio takes ideas from other indie dev's and sometimes hires them to help them make games, I believe more in some entirely unknown indie developer to create the next innovative game.
I don't see large developers moving far away from what sells well.
and mirrors edge is really more of a platformer using guns in that game is not common

JAW is doing a good job, they worked really hard on fixing up strangers wrath on PC.

Its funny how it was adding a old useless feature, but secretly a anti piracy patch.
You know valve probably thought of it for a few seconds but they cant unless they could distribute it onto ps3 digitally and not have to pay the small fee that sony and microsoft charge per game on their system. If valve didn't loose money from it they probably would have done it.
