Companies look at things on a section by section basis. If Xbox is losing money then MS won't keep it. No matter how rich they get they aren't going to want a losing section.

Don't get a man wrong he has a WiiU and would take it over X1 all day but unfortunately it's not being rewarded with sales. Oh well Nintendo first party+Sony first party+all the major 3rd parties=WiiU and PS4 combo being the winner this gen!
One of the main reasons PS4 is selling more. Both on reputation from last gen and production this gen.

Kinda sad that this has to be news for every game. We could have just accepted that PS4 is the more powerful console and should be treated as such but MS continues to make it an issue with this parity nonsense.
People never cared what the overall numbers were. It was the simple fact that MS parity was taking precedent over making the most technically sound game possible on each console especially when the more powerful one is being held back for once that has only half the install base already
It's Xbox fanboys who must apologize for presumptuous remarks about the power not being enough to keep PS4 above Xbox in terms of graphical capability in some manner. Don't try to flip this clear loss on the Xbox platforms value proposition. They're charging the same for a system that can't do as much. If you're buying for 3rd party games, there's not contest which system you should get.

Same here but a man is still excited for FC4, LBP3, Smash Bros. WiiU, Shadows of Mordor, and the Super versions of Sleeping Dogs, GTA5, TWD season 1 and 2, and Wolf Among Us.
Nah 2012 was pretty bad. This year is nice with Super version of GTA5, LBP3, FC4, Shadow of Mordor, Super Smash Bros. WiiU, Super Sleeping Dogs, and Super Wolf Among Us and Walking Dead Season 1 and 2! Now that's a busy gaming season!
Did you hear the E3 applause? Yeah no problem here. They won't advertise until November most likely then they'll hit it hard for 2 months and sell during the holiday season. They haven't had one since early 2011 so 3 1/2 years is enough to keep it from being dry.
it's not about the overall performance. PS4 is capable of better performance than X1 and should be taken advantage of. Doesn't even have to be resolution just something to show they're not playing MS's politics of parity instead of making the best possible version on each platform. How would you feel if PC was capped in favor of PS4 having parity with it?
Have an immature bubble for not being able to do basic math. PS4 is more powerful in GPU and RAM and CPU is a wash. If the CPU stuff is even then the GPU stuff should be more advanced on PS4. Surely the GPU is used for SOMETHING and that stuff should be better on PS4. It doesn't have to be res, it can be AA, shadows, flames or hairs or how about draw distance? Seems like they're extra harD If you just try to make a fun romp. For instance The order is getting trashed for being exactly what they said they were going to be, a cinematic game with a creepy Victorian vibe. Previewers say though "we've played too many movie games it's bad"

Um no. EVERY game has people hyped for it and advertisements. Those ads always try to hype the game up that's their purpose. Hype and overhype are 2 different things. Ryse, Titanfall, mario kart, and killzone shadowfall were all more hyped by journalists and fans with far less cautionary articles about them.
