A man would point out the PS2 launched in October and PSone launched in September. A man would also recommend Game of Thrones for a user's next show to watch.
A man would say "holidays" is flexible. By late October most are in the holiday mood. A console should give itself breathing room before BF sales start anyway.
A man agrees. A man knows the economy is tough and those who would spend 800-1000 on a console have the income to spare if they really can't be patient. A man will do the same.

A man hopes for late October a company needs to clear the initial shortages in time for BF to kick in. A man would only want November to resell a second one for $1000 to a Christmas shopper.
A man won't buy sports games for PS3 (or likely PS4 maybe Madden if they don't take away all the features like last time at the start of a gen) so it will likely be HIS last (unless another awesome exclusive comes but they said all their first party devs were working on PS4 games so it seems either Puppeteer or Beyond will be the last).
Hercules was a man's favorite GoW boss battle ever. It was just a mono e mono brothers fight (much like Liquid vs. Snake) and the whole last quicktime was epic.
When the MGS3 music kicked in during that final fight and he turned back into Ocelot a man squealed like a Justin Beiber fangirl in the front row. Snake vs. the triangle button tunnel was still the best boss fight of that game though.
Ratchet vs. Nefarious or Tackion was good. Hercules was my favorite boss fight of GoW3.

A man would remind you that AC3 was developed for 3 years. Any glitches were not a product of rushing but of incompetence. A man felt no hype for this but now is intrigued. A man will wait for reviews.
A man doesn't care what a pilot believes. A pilot died without getting rid of a single tie fighter. A man believes PS4 will use 2gb max for OS (games shown at conference only had 1.5gb being used).
A man believes 16gb of RAM would be complete overkill considering gaming PCs don't even use 16gb completely, and consoles don't use nearly as much RAM as PCs. 8gb of GDDR5 will most likely have around 6 for games at the beginning. 1080p 60fps with lightning fast app switching and navigation (most notably the store), multitasking (PS4 has promised this with background downloading and uploading in the middle of playing), and in game load times.

A man agrees. A man has never lacked for software support on a Sony console (most of it exclusive) and a man has been playing since PS1. A man is looking forward to Beyond, LoU, GoW, and Puppeteer as exclusives to PS3 even though it's in its final year (compare that to the other two's support for their consoles in their last year). A man also loves PS+ and the value it offers over the competition.

A man would add that consoles give you more specs for less as well. A man could not build a PC with the specs of the PS4 for $400 because Sony buys parts in bulk and gets discounts from manufacturers. They can also make up for a loss in manufacturing by selling games and online services and peripherals on the console.
a man agrees. Also a phone will be outdated in a year while a game console will be focus of the company and get all the latest stuff and be the most advanced in its line for SEVEN years! A console holds its value like no other electronic device (iphone 4 already free on contract when you paid $200 for it just 2 years ago).
A man loves Sony's approach here. A man has never been disappointed by a Sony console and PS4 has the potential to be the best yet. A man thinks it will be more profitable for a company as well with much less R&D and less custom parts to manufacture. A man knows a company's first partys will deliver and looks forward to ND at E3.
