Nintendo uses point 7 to a tee. It even works with reviewers. Not to say their games aren't great, but they'd get more 8s and less 10s if those guys didn't grow up with Mario
A man knows who will have the most awesome exclusives. A man simply looks at this gen and where each company has gone the since 08 to see how dedicated they are to core exclusives.
A man could go for tightly focused or more open. A man trusts Rocksteady...for now, but given that it is only 2 games into our relationship a man will wait still need a good gameplay vid before being confident enough to pre-order.

A man would argue critics are useless without some discretion by the consumer. If a man likes all the games a reviewer likes then perhaps he will listen to the reviewer. If a reviewers main criticism of a game is its lackluster MP and a man only plays SP then a man should take the score with a grain of salt.

a man has already enjoyed such shooters as Killzone and Resistance this gen. Resistance is a man's favorite FPS since HL2 and perhaps even surpasses that. A man has no itch that Sony and third parties haven't been able to deliver...but a man is very happy to see Bungie coming to PS as he has enjoyed Halo in the past

and Ps2 was awesome (possibly the most awesome system ever) so why worry? Bottom line is the first party studio of a company is unrivaled in a man's opinion so a man has no worries for his satisfaction.
